When fighting ozma you must equip egoists armlet or anything else that absorbs/protects shadow damage.i reccomend a party on freya, zidane, ekio, and vivi.
Have vivi use doomsday and have freya use dragons crest. have zidane attack/steal and have ekio heal occasionally using madeen.
You should be able to kill him then.
