Turning off your Playstation 2

Here is how to properly end games and Turn off your Playstation 2 console.

How to End a Game and Turn off your PS2

  1. Press the Open Button to open the disc tray and Remove the disc.

  2. Press the Open Button again to close the disc tray. Hold the Reset button for more than three seconds.

  3. Turn off the main power switch which is located behind the console.
