Lanes

Elevated lanes are considered heights and grant bonuses to specific Cards that are played there. Alternately, lanes that are underwater will only allow cards with the 'Amphibious' trait in them.

Boards

The boards in 'Plants vs. Zombies Heroes' are all different so make sure you study them before you start playing your Cards.

Play Zombies Again

When the zombie is defeated, it can be played again. Zombies like the Haunting Zombie or the Octo Zombie must be defeated twice before getting destroyed.

Casual Matches

Although these have the lowest stakes you will still be able to win coins by playing them.

Ranked Battles

Participating in these challenge will enable you to climb up through a series of leagues of players who have experienced roughly equivalent success in PvP play and earn you coins in the process. When you have won enough games to progress to the next tier you will also can win Gems.

Ranked Loss

In a Ranked match from tier 10 onwards every loss will take one star away from you.
