You learn spells in class and then you have to pass a certain test for the spell. These are the spells in the game: Alohamora- This is a spell which you can use immediately at the start of the game. It unlocks certain things which includes chests, doors etc. It shows a blue keyhole shape when you cast it. Lumos- This spell can also be used from the beginning of the game. Used on a gargoyle statue for illuminating secret doors, areas etc. It shows a yellow crescent moon shape when you cast the spell. Flipendo- The third spell you can use right from the start. This spell is mainly used to push things which are marked by the Flipendo symbol. It has an orange whirly shape symbol. Rictusempra- The first spell you learn in the school. This spell is used to defeat certain creature such as fire crabs, giant orange snails, Cornish pixies etc. It has a red boomerang symbol. Wiggenweld Potions- After Quiddich practice, you can go into this class. Although this isn't a spell, this is very important as it refills your health. If you have both the ingredients of the potion (Flobberworm mucos and Wiggentree bark), then go near a black cauldron emitting bubbles and Harry will automatically mix the potion. Use spacebar or Q to drink the potion. Skurge- This spell can be learnt after potion class. This spell is to remove Ectoplasm which blocks your way and also for defeating Peeves, a mischievous little ghostly being. It has a purple clover shaped symbol. Diffindo- After the Slytherin common room, you can learn this spell. It is used to defeat certain creatures like horklump mushrooms, spikey prickley plants, venomous tentacula etc. and also for removing obstructions like vines and ropes. It has a, ummm... I can't define the symbol but it is in purple color and has a diamond like shape. Spongify- The last and probably the best spell. By using this, you can jump higher without having damage. But this magic can be casted only on special Spongify tiles on the floor which have Spongify symbol. It has a green spiral shape symbol. _______________________________________________________________________________ ____________________________________Enemies________________________________0006 There are many enemies in the game which will try to attack and kill you. These enemies are magical beings which I will list down below: Whomping Willow: You will encounter this gigantic tree in the first level of the game. To defeat it, just avoid its roots and cast Flipendo on the trunk where Ron says you to do so. Small Fire Crabs: You will encounter this flame thrower crab in many levels. You can defeat him by casting Rictusempra on it and casting Flipendo on it to avoid standing him and starting shooting flames at you. If they are any patterns on the floor, just push them into the pattern to open doors or sometimes, secrets. Medium Fire Crabs: Just the violet and bigger version of the fire crab and probably more ugly too. Just cast Rictusempra two times to knock them down. Large Fire Crabs: These are found only in the last part of the Chamber of Secrets and in Gold Wizard Card Challenge. Use Rictusempra three times to knock them off. Giant Orange Snail: These are found over and over in the game. Use Rictusempra to stun them and then use Flipendo to push them around. Like Fire Crabs, they can be pushed on the pattern to reveal secrets and to open doors. Gnomes: These little, cute and greedy creatures are found after Rictusempra Challenge, though these are found even in a secret room before the Defense against the Dark Arts class. Just Flipendo on them to paralyze them and then pick them up and throw them into a gnome hole and they give one to three beans when you throw them into gnome hole. Ectoplasm: This is in dungeons, in a secret room of entrance hall and in every challenge after Skurge Challenge. Cast Skurge to get rid of them. They take some of your stamina, so I mentioned it. Peeves: This little, nasty ghost starts to make appearances after Skurge class. Peeves usually hides in chests. Cast Skurge to make it flee away. Small Pixies: These appear after the Skurge class. Cast Rictusempra on them to get rid of them. Large Pixies: These are bigger than the normal pixies, so you need to cast Rictusempra twice on them. Horklump Mushrooms: These mushrooms give a purple colored poisonous gas. You can simply cut them with Diffindo or cut one or two and then pick up one and throw it on other mushrooms. One more interesting way to finish them is to release a gnome. Near a bunch of Horklumps are gnome holes covered with vines. Cut those vines and free the gnome. Then just see the gnome converting all Horklumps into beans! When he is finished converting, just throw him back into the gnome hole and collect the beans. Spikey Prickley Plants: These are in almost every level after Diffindo Challenge. Just use Diffindo from a safe distance as they shoot spikes at Harry when he comes too near to them. Venamous Tentaculas: These are like Venus flytrap except that it has two or three extended arm. Cast Diffindo on its arm to permanently get rid of it or cast Diffindo on its central mouth to stun it. Three Armed Venamous Tentaculas: These are found only in the challenge where you have to find shredded Boomslang skin and in the quest where you have to get a bit of Goyle. Just cast Diffindo on its arm to permanently disable it or cast Diffindo on its brown mouth to temporarily stun it. Large Venamous Tentaculas: This is found only in the Forbidden Forest. They have four, large biting mouths just waiting to eat you. Just cast Diffindo on its three arms and then move right, hugging the wall and cut the fourth arm and you're home free. You can also just stun it with Diffindo and then run away to the door. Bowtruckles: These are found after the Diffindo Challenge. Just cast Diffindo to get rid of them and move here and there as they throw wood at you which take nearly half of your power. Small Spiders: They are found near any webby area. Just step on them one or two times to finish them. Medium Spiders: They are found in every challenge after Diffindo Challenge. The are of two types, one which are knocked by one Rictusempra and second which are bigger and need two shots of Rictusempra. Imps: These little head ache creatures are found after Spongify challenge. Just Flipendo all of them (I write all of them as they are always in two or three imp groups) and throw them into the gnome hole quickly as unlike gnomes, they bite you and free themselves if you roam here and there, carrying it. Aragog: The spider who was thought to be the monster of the Chamber. He is at the end of the Forbidden Forest. Just gather some Rictusempra power by pressing the left mouse button (default) and attack when he shows its belly with a Rictusempra sign. Keep strafing here and there or Aragog will bite you. Basilisk: This giant snake is in the last part of the game. Just use the sword and power the energy ball and when it seems that it is going to attack, release the ball. Repeat this for first level of fight. For second level, when he opens its mouth to spit venom, just shoot the powered shot of the sword and use potions when necessary. Be sure to have at least 20 potions before you fight him. _______________________________________________________________________________ _________________________________The Walkthrough___________________________0007 This is the section for which this guide was created for. This section will guide you towards the game. Note that this guide is kept as spoiler free as it can be, but there can be some very minor spoilers here, but it will not affect your gameplay. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Whomping Willow 0007.1] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: To rescue Ron. Time limit: No time limit. Secrets: 2 Wizard cards: Bronze- One Silver- Zero Walkthrough- This challenge starts after a couple of scenes. As soon as you start, run towards your left and avoid being slammed by the root of the Whomping Willow. To avoid its root, just run forward as soon as the root slams the ground. Go into the room. Watch the cutscene and cast Alohamora on the chest. Press the left mouse button and when you see a blue keyhole release the button. Continue right and climb on the low wall. Lumos the gargoyle by the same method and enter the new area. Go out and Flipendo the block on the whirly symbol. Climb up and go down from the ledge. Avoid the second jumping root. You can see a chest and a thunder shaped hole in the wall. This is the first secret area which you can open by casting Alohamora. Continue from the next root. Cast Flipendo on the tree's trunk where Ron says to do so. After a cutscene enter the door and Lumos the gargoyle in there. Climb the wall and save your game. You will have a cutscene here (the weirdest cutscene of the game, I think). Jump from ledge to ledge and collect the beans there. If you fall down from the ledge, just climb on the side ledge and jump back to the upper ledge. After the last ledge (the ledge with chocolate frog), Ron will tell you to come to the ledge on which he is standing. Jump down from the ledge and push the block with Flipendo pattern towards the ledge and climb up. Take a little running jump on the ledge. Go down, following Ron. When he stops, Lumos the gargoyle. It will open the wall and you can pass right through it. He stops one more time. This time Flipendo the switch to open some stairs going up (my God! why can't Ron cast any spells?). At the end there is a wall on the right which can be opened by Alohamora for some beans. Take the beans in the secret area and enter the next room. Take the bronze card and Flipendo the two armors twice to get eight beans. Enter the door in front of you to get into the Hogwarts grounds. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Grounds-Night 0007.2] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: To reach the school building. Time limit: No time limit. Secrets: 6 Wizard cards: Bronze- Zero Silver- One Walkthrough- Well, I can't write a walkthrough of this area but still I will write the secrets here. Go down the place after you encountered a cutscene with Ron. Flipendo the dragon statue for some beans. After taking the beans take a right from the dragon statue and you'll see an iron gate with two towers, having a blue colored banner on each tower. Alohamora the two blue banners and it will open a room on your left with four beans and your first silver wizard card. Don't forget to take the chest at the left of the secret. Now go towards the school but don't enter the door. Instead, take a left and you may see a wall with a white square. It is near the three benches. Alohamora on it and you ll find many beans and a chest of beans. There is also a room containing beans adjacent to the area but you it is covered with vines. Come back when you have learnt Diffindo. There is also a chest in the right side of the school. Just turn right instead of turning left at the door and climb up. There will be a chest there. At the left of the previous secret is a chest which has some beans Just go down and you can see the chest. Enter the big door where the Ron is standing to continue the game. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Entrance Hall 0007.3] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: To reach the Gryffindor common room. Time limit: No time limit. Secrets: 12 Wizard cards: Bronze- Three Silver- Eight Walkthrough: After you enter the door, a small cutscene occurs. After this scene, take the chest on the left side of the stairs and go up when you are finished collecting beans. Flipendo the two armors for eight beans. Sometimes the beans struck down in the mid air. The solution is to stand on the railing and jumping. By this way, you can collect the beans if they struck in the middle air. Now turn left and go towards the mirror. You can Alohamora it for some beans inside. This is the first secret. Now go up the stairs and Flipendo the witch statue two or three times. It will give you some more beans. Now go right from the stairs. You can easily locate an odd rectangular brick at the right wall. Alohamora it and it will open a secret area. But before continuing further, I would like to tell you that the green thing on the walls is Ectoplasm which takes some power of Harry. This secret has a silver wizard card If you don't bother to lose some health, you can climb up and take the card. You can climb down by taking a running jump and you will land on the lowest step. From there, you can safely go down. Anyways, after going down continue further in the corridor and go down from the stairs. There is a statue in the front of a wall. Flipendo it to open a secret area behind the statue. This secret gives you a silver wizard card and a black cauldron. Go down from the stairs and approach Ron. He will be going up the spiral stairs. Go up and there will be a cutscene waiting for you. After the cutscene the game will be loading After loading, go to the grounds by the big door from where you came inside the school. Oh, I forgot to tell that before going to the grounds, go to the common room and approach the portrait. It will open and you can go straight in. Enter the common room and open the chest on the left for a bronze wizard card, then go down and take the door on the right side of the central stairs. Alohamora the brown picture on the left and enter the area for some beans. Now go into the big brown door which will automatically open as you come close. Take the two chests there and go to the ground. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Grounds-Day 0007.4] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: Well, you must be on your way to the Defense Against the Dark Arts class but, you can go to the grounds for card or bean collecting. Time limit: No time limit. Secrets: 8 Wizard cards: Bronze- Five Silver- Four Walkthrough: When you enter the area, you will have a short cutscene with Hagrid. After that open all the secrets once again as all the bean chest are refilled. Now go towards that iron gate which has two blue banners. Turn right at the gate and you will see a door opened which was closed in the night. The door leads to the Hagrid's hut. When you reach the area, Harry will say, "Good old Hagrid's hut". Take the bean on the rock. You will see a pig loft. There are some beans in there. Till now you may have noticed the bronze wizard card on the tree log. Jump on the lower log and jump on the log with the card and take the card. Now go back to the entrance hall and take the stairs on the right. Ron will be waiting near the door. Follow Ron to the door and wait while the game loads. Time limit: No time limit. Secrets: 10 Wizard cards: Bronze- Five Silver- Six Walkthrough: After the small cutscene go down from the "still" stair (still as the other stairs move) and take the bronze wizard card there. Now go up by the first floor. To "call" the stairs just stand at the edge and watch the stairs coming. Stand on the middle of the stairs and they will take you up where a ghost, named Nearly Headless Nick or Sir Nicolas is waiting for you. Watch the cutscene and after the cutscene is over, Flipendo the two golden cauldrons for some more beans. Now go out there but don't go up yet. There is a wall just at the right which is now open. Enter it for some beans. Come back here when you have learnt Spongify for some additional beans. Go on to the second floor and when you enter the room, there will be two boxes. Alohamora both on them until the lid stays open. Now go into the corridor and Alohamora the left wall to open it. Go in for some beans. Continue in the corridor and when you reach the two doors facing each other, look at the wall just at the left of the door on the right. Alohamora it for four beans. When you have learnt Spongify, do pay a visit here for some more beans. Take the golden cauldron at the right. Now go on the third floor and when you do so, there will be a cutscene. After this go where Ron is and see the left wall. There will be a brick which is partially in ide the wall. Cast Alohamora on the brick and go down to collect some beans. There will a gnome who will try to steal your beans. Just cast Flipendo on it and then throw it into the hole on the right side of the chest. Now before entering the class, there will be a thunder shaped hole on the right wall. Cast Alohamora and go in to collect some more beans. But don't go into the class. Instead go up on the fourth floor. Enter the corridor and open the first picture on the left by Alohamora. Collect the beans and go to the wizard statue Flipendo the statue two or three times for some beans. Now go into the main infirmary wing and Flipendo all the four pictures on the four corners to lower the floor to a secret which has a silver wizard card. Now enter the door in front of you and Lumos the gargoyle on your left. Now go down from the stairs and after some stairs a ledge will be revealed which you can climb for a bronze wizard card. Now go down the stairs and Flipendo the both cauldrons. Go down from the stairs at the right and left of the cauldrons. Take the bronze wizard card which is in between of the two white cabinets. Now go back to the class and enter the door. After two cutscenes, Professor says you to use the arrow keys in order to learn the spells. One tip is that you just press the corresponding arrow key when the wand's magic light touches the symbol. Collect all the thirty points if you can. Pass at least one level of the test to proceed to the Rictusempra challenge. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Rictusempra Challenge 0007.6] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: I think to complete the challenge as fast as possible to earn some house points which will help in winning the house cup. Time limit: 2500 seconds at the start. Maximum time: 4130 seconds though you can earn more points than this. Maximum house points: 250 Secrets: 7 Wizard cards: Bronze- Five Silver- Four Challenge stars- 10 Walkthrough- After the game loads, Lockhart gives you some instructions. As soon as you gain control go forward and this occurs a cutscene and you are introduced to fire crab. After the cutscene, quickly stun the crab by Rictusempra and push it into the brown plate with fire crab outline. This opens the door in front. Collect the challenge star as it increases your time by 200 seconds. Stun the crab and push it back into the pattern. The elevator will rise up. When the elevator stops, go on to the ledge on the right and open the chest for a bronze wizard card and some beans. Now go back to the elevator and jump on the balcony. Take the chocolate frog if necessary and continue. You will be introduced by giant orange snail. There will be four fire crabs as well. I choose to put the fire crabs first as they can be annoying and shoot flames while you are busy with snails. Push the four crabs in the green hole. The cage closes if done right. This lowers a chest which has a silver wizard card. Now put the snails in the plate which lowers the two challenge star on the roof. It also opens the door which leads you forward. Forget about the two snails. They won't hurt you, so you won't need to put them into the hole. Enter the room and watch the cutscene. Put the gnome into the hole by casting Flipendo on it and grabbing it and throwing it into the hole. It will give you some beans. Now go up the stairs and Alohamora the portrait of Lockhart. Inside is a chest full of beans. Save your game and continue up. Take the chocolate frog if necessary and open the chest on the right which has a bronze wizard card. Proceed forward and the floor will open. You have to put the two fire crabs into the hole in order to go forward. When the two crabs are in the hole, the floor rises up. Ignore the snails and go into the next room which has two crabs. Stun them and put them into the green holes. This will lower the walls. Climb on the left wall and stun the crab. Take the beans in the cauldron and open the portrait of Lockhart. Lumos the gargoyle. A wall on the left will glow and it gives you a secret and a challenge star. Now jump down and climb on the right wall. Before taking the challenge star, there is a Flipendo pattern at the top of the wall where the chocolate frog hops, at the other side of the star. Open the secret for a silver wizard card and some beans. Now take the star and Flipendo the block to push it down. Take the chest at the right for a bronze card and continue down from the stairs. Ignore the snail and go into the next room. There will be three doors, three Flipendo pattern and a challenge star at the platform, near the roof. These things together make a puzzle. First open the left door as it can be opened without consuming very much time. First Flipendo the upper pattern and then the lower one. This opens the door. Enter the room and open the chest. Take the beans and jump on the block with a footprint design. This will lower the platform a little. Now Flipendo the middle one three times. Repeat the same things here also and before taking the challenge star, open the last one by doing Flipendo two times on the upper and middle one. This will open the main door. Now take the star and go in. Go onto the footprint floor and the floor will automatically rise up. Take the chest opposite to the save book. It gives you some beans. Save your game and continue forward. Lumos the gargoyle and ignoring the snails, follow the path. The wall on the right in the next room will glow. The chest inside will give you some beans to collect. Go into the room and Alohamora on the Lockhart's portrait. Go in and open the chest for some more beans. Now go to the edge of the area and jump on the first ledge. Now just walk up to the second and the third ledge. You won't need the jump key to jump on the ledge. Just walk to them. Now jump on the middle ledge. Run towards the next ledge; be careful about not to be too close to the wall or your jump will miss, resulting into a death by falling into the pit (oh my! what type of school is this? Students give their tests at the cost of their life! I won't study in this school). Anyways after jumping to the ledge continue climbing up. Now climb up and stun the crab. Push him into the pattern to open the door and lower the bridge. Go in from the door and ignoring the two snails, climb up from the stairs. Take the frog if you need it and Flipendo the cauldron. Take the beans and open the chest for a bronze wizard card. Now you will get your first stamina increase. Go into the door and the doors will close and two fire crabs will drop down. Push the both crabs into their holes to open the doors. Take the challenge star and enter the next area. Open the chest for a bronze wizard card. Go towards the save book. Take the cauldron on the left of the save book and push the Flipendo pattern on the top of the right side of the save book and take the silver wizard card and beans there. Save your game and go into the final area of the challenge. Enter the last area and push the lower most crab into the pit. Now put the upper one into the pit. Here's a tip I read in Danny's Harry Potter guide. After putting two crabs in the pit, jump into the pit and open the brown door with Lockhart's picture (God, why does Lockhart likes himself too much?). Go in and go down of the platform. Jump and the completion star will lower. Roam in for a silver wizard, some beans and the last challenge star. After taking the last challenge star, the door opens and you will be outside again. Push the last crab into the pit to lower the completion star the last time. Stun the two crabs and avoid the moving beams. A simple way to do this is to jump as soon as the beam goes into the wall. After the last beam, just jump on the completion star to complete the challenge. You can also try the challenge the second time for increasing your house points. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ House Point Ceremony 0007.7] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: To collect as many beans as possible before the time expires. Time limit: Depends on how many house points you are ahead of Slytherins. Secrets: 0 Wizard cards: Bronze- Zero Silver- Zero After you complete any spell challenge, you have to go to the Weekly House Point Ceremony. If you have more points than the Slytherins (the other two houses are inferiors), you will have an opportunity to go into the bonus bean room which has only beans scattered there. Collect as many beans as you can, they will help you in buying Quiddich updates and other things, but you get a limited time. In that time only you can collect the beans. The more ahead you are of Slytherins, the more time you will get to be in the bean room. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Quiddich Practice 0007.8] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: Follow Wood to the Quiddich pitch. Time limit: No time limit. Secrets: I think you have opened the secrets here as the Quiddich pitch is in the grounds. Wizard cards: All the cards have been taken here before head. So I won't repeat myself. Walkthrough: Just follow Wood to the pitch and if you haven't opened the secrets, then open them. You can buy Quiddich updates from Fred and George. Fred (the blue shirt) has a Nimbus 2001, the fastest broom and George (the green shirt) has a Quiddich armor which will help Harry by protecting him from Bludgers, enemies and objects. Both of them are standing near the Quiddich pitch. After you enter the iron gate, there will be a cutscene which is about the Quiddich. After you are able to control Harry, steer yourself with either arrow keys or mouse (I prefer mouse as it gives you more control over the broom). When you come near to the snitch, the bar on the lower left will glow red. When the bar is red, press the left mouse button to catch the snitch. Once you catch the snitch, the second session starts. Now you have an enemy to care about. When she comes near you, just press left mouse button repeatedly to kick her out. Catch the snitch when the bar glows red, and this will end the practice session. After this there will be a cutscene. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Potion Class 0007.9] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: Follow Hermione to the professor Snape's potion class. Time limit: No time limit. Secrets: Well, this area is part of the Entrance Hall, so I won't specify any secrets here. Wizard card: Bronze- Part of the entrance hall. But it has one bronze card. Silver- Same here but it has three silver cards. Walkthrough: Just follow Hermione to the dungeons. After going down from the stairs in dungeons, there is an inverted t shaped hole at the left wall. Alohamora the wall for some beans. When you have learnt Spongify, come back here for some more beans. Now follow Hermione to the dungeon main corridor. Instead of following Hermione to the class, take a look here. There are two armors here, Flipendo them for some beans; Flipendo the left one two times and the right one three times. There is also a chest at the left which has some beans and an inverted t shaped hole at the right wall which has a gargoyle. Lumos it and it will show an opening in the floor. Collect the beans there. You need to come back here when you have learnt Skurge. Now go back to the place where Hermione was standing (it was the left door at the start). Go in and there will be a cutscene. After the cutscene, open the chest in front of you and take the mucos (blue in color, yuck) and the bark (the wooden thing) and go towards the cauldron which is black in color and is emitting... bubbles? Anyways, when you reach there, Harry will automatically mix the contents. After this there will be some cutscenes. After these cutscenes, you have to follow Hermione to the charms class. But before going there, you can collect the two jars which have Flobberworm Mucos and Wiggentree bark in the potions class. They are placed on the table near the cauldron. There is also a chest which has a bronze wizard card. Collect them and go back to Hermione to the charms class on the second floor. But first you can go up to the Defense Against the Dark Arts class and take the goodies including the bronze wizard card and a bunch of beans on the balcony (well there is no Rapunzel waiting for a prince there) which you can reach by first climbing the table and then the chair's back and then just climb on the balcony. Once inside the class, the same thing will be said to you to do i.e. to hit the arrow keys in the corresponding pattern. After this test, you have to do the Skurge challenge. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Skurge Challenge 0007.10] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: Complete the challenge as fast as you can. Time limit: 2000 seconds at the start. Maximum time: 3755 seconds. Maximum house points: 250 Secrets: 7 Wizard cards: Bronze- Four Silver- Two Challenge stars: 10 Walkthrough: After the cutscene, Flipendo the two armors for some beans. Now go towards the door and professor Flickwith will tell you about the Ectoplasm. After the cutscene, cast Skurge on the Ectoplasm and continue forward. Go down from the stairs and cast Skurge on the Ectoplasm blocking the door. Take the cauldron in the left wall and Flipendo the block until it is stuck in the Ectoplasm. Professor will tell you that you can free items that have been trapped by Ectoplasm. After the scene, climb on the block and cast Skurge on the two blobs blocking the way. Now push the block until it falls down. But before jumping towards your first challenge star, jump down and open the crack-hole at the right side. It has a bronze wizard card. Now jump towards the star and grab it. Take the frog if necessary and save your game. Now Skurge all the Ectoplasm on the floor and open the chest and Flipendo the red pot. Stun the crab and take the frog if you need it. Stun the two crabs and then the next crab in the next room. Take the star and enter the next room. Watch the scene and get ready to fight with Peeves. He throws Ectoplasm on you so be careful and strafe left and right by using the left and right arrow keys. When the bar on the lower left empties, Peeves will run from you and open the door. Alohamora the dragon statue and it will open a secret area in the previous room. Go in and Skurge all the Ectoplasms first then proceed. Take the challenge star there and go out from there. Now go back into the room with the dragon statue. Save your game and proceed. Flipendo the block. This will open the path but closes the door from which you have to proceed. Lumos the gargoyle and this will reveal a secret path behind the wall. Take the path and go down from the stairs. Take the Wiggentree bark in the glass jar and open the chest for a bronze wizard card. Flipendo the block which will open the door. Take the frog if your power is low and Skurge the Ectoplasm blocking the way. This will drop the door above. Go up from the stairs and stun the crab. Stun the next crab and go in the room which has many Ectoplasms at the beginning. Now the iron door is opened so you can proceed forward. Flipendo the witch statue two times and Lumos the gargoyle. Go down and take the challenge star. There is a room on your left which has a chest containing bronze wizard card. The wall on the left will also open by the Lumos spell. Open the chest for some beans. Go down from the stairs and take the frog if you have to recharge yourself. Save your game. There is an orange snail pattern at your left covered with Ectoplasm. Skurge on it and push the snail into it. This opens a room at the left wall. Enter it and open the chest for a silver wizard card. Now go down from the extreme end of the corridor and take the beans and open the glass jar at the top of the left ledge for Flobberworm mucos. Now climb up and push the snail on to the first plate but don't Skurge the Ectoplasm. Instead of this, open the roof just above the second plate. This will drop down a snail on the plate. Now Skurge the both Ectoplasm and the door will open. Take the challenge star and the chest which has two beans. Go down from the stairs and Flipendo the cauldron. Hit the box on the table three times, it will give you many beans. Collect the beans and don't forget to Lumos the gargoyle. There will be a cutscene about Cornish pixies. After the cutscene, Rictusempra the pixie and open the blue colored picture. Go in the room and collect the beans. Drop down and collect the beans and the challenge star. Drop down again and stun the two fire crabs. Open the box with the green lid two times and collect the beans. Take the frog and keep an eye on the crabs, they can wake up suddenly. Skurge on the Ectoplasm above the door and continue from the door. There will be a platform at the middle of a pit which is joined by Ectoplasm. Remove the Ectoplasm and the platforms will swing. Jump on the first one and go on the extreme end of the first platform. Flipendo the odd colored block on the low wall. A secret wall will open from where you have started. Go back there and collect the beans and the silver wizard card. Now jump on the two platforms carefully and climb up to the area. Flipendo the cauldron and defeat the pixie. Proceed forward and you will see a see saw which is the end of the challenge and the way to the challenge star. Take the cauldron and go in from the stairs. At the end of the stairs is a cauldron. Flipendo it and enter the room. A room will open which will have two gnomes and a chest. Throw the gnomes in the hole and collect the bronze wizard card in the chest. Don't forget to take the box on the table, two cauldrons and a red pot. Now take the star and remove the Ectoplasm. Push the block into the hole and the see saw will rise up, allowing you to go up. Now jump down on the see saw and climb up towards the star. Collect the beans and enter the door. Stun the snail and open the chest for some more beans. Now Lumos the gargoyle in the next room. This will light up a ledge which will take you to the last challenge star. Just climb up the ledge and Alohamora the wall above you. Climb up and collect the star. The wall will open and you will be just above the completion star. Collect the beans there and jump on the completion star and you will win. After the challenge, you have to go to the house point ceremony. You can also try the challenge the second time for increasing your house points. After the bean room, there will be a cutscene and you have to go to the Snape's storage room. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Bicorn Horn 0007.11] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: Enter the Snape's storage room and take the bicorn horn for the potion. Time limit: No time limit Secrets: 7 Wizard cards: Bronze- Four Silver- Two Walkthrough: You will start at the entrance of the dungeons. Now go into the classroom and open the crack hole in the left wall. Skurge the Ectoplasm and jump on the block revealed. This will open a secret which you can access by some blocks which came up when you jumped on the block. Go up and climb into the room for four beans and a chest which has a silver wizard card. Now go back to the corridor and proceed towards the end of the corridor. Open the inverted t shaped hole at the right wall. Lumos the gargoyle and Skurge the Ectoplasm in the secret area. This will lower the gate and you can enter it for a silver wizard card and some beans. Now take the door at the left side which is blocked by Ectoplasm and go in. After loading, open the door by Alohamora and go into the next room. At the end is a room which has an elevator and a pit full of Ectoplasm in which I would not like to fall. Anyways, you can see two Flipendo patterns on the wall. Flipendo them and the elevator will start working. There are three rooms here; lower, from where you have to go in order to continue, medium, which has a gargoyle which will help you in the lower room and the upper, which has two chests containing chocolate frogs. If you need some health, then go to the upper room, otherwise first go into the middle room and Lumos the gargoyle. This will show some hidden stairs which will make your path simple. Now jump back on to the elevator and go to the lower room (the room which has Ectoplasm on the floor) and defeat the pixie there. Now go down from the stairs and Skurge the Ectoplasm on the mouth of the monster. This will open the mouth which will release Ectoplasm, resulting in the raising of the bridge. Take the bridge and go into the next room. There is a chest on your left and a weird pattern on your right. Open them both by Alohamora. The chest will give you a bronze wizard card and the pattern has a secret room which has a chest of silver wizard card. Go into the next room and put the two snails into the pattern. Go into the two blue cage rooms for some beans, a wiggentree bark and a chocolate frog. After you put the two snails into the pattern, two fire crabs will show up. Stun them both and push them into the blue rooms. After this, the door will open. Lumos the gargoyle at the left side of the room and the cauldron at the right side. There will be a ledge at the left of the next area. Jump on the ledge and collect the beans there. Now Skurge the Ectoplasm so that the stairs can come out. In the next room there are two snails which are dropped off from above. Put them into their cells and check both the cells for some more goodies. Open the chest there for a bronze wizard card. Continue to the next room and put the gnome into its hole. Opposite to the hole is the same weird pattern. Open it for a silver wizard card. Save your game and Skurge the blob so that the stairs can go down. You will be in a room with a snail. Stun him and push him down the edge. Take the beans but don't open the chest unless you want to fight with Peeves. Now there will be a maze whose wall can be moved by the four Flipendo patterns near the roof. Each Flipendo pattern moves a particular colored wall. For example, red Flipendo pattern moves the red wall. This is a puzzle which is easy to solve. First, cast Flipendo to the red switch. Go down by the elevator on the right, defeat the gnome, jump across to the maze area and open chests in two of three secret rooms (green and blue doors). Now go back up by the elevator on the left and this time cast Flipendo to red, purple and green switches. Open the last secret room (red door) and collect the beans in there then proceed out You will be in a room with shelves. Open the chest for a bronze card. Take all the things like beans and Flobberworm mucos. Now Flipendo the switch opposite to the wall to open the door. In the next room, there is a fire crab. Stun him and push him into the red Ectoplasm. Continue up from the stairs and defeat the pixie there. Now Skurge the Ectoplasm which will release the gears which rotate the platform. Jump up and go into the next room. Jump on the other one and enter the next room. Before jumping to the door, Skurge both of the blobs on the floor and take the cauldron. Go into the next room and save your game. Alohamora the door and enter the next area. There will be a chest which has a bronze wizard card. There will also be a gnome. Flipendo him and throw him into the gnome hole in the adjoining room. Stun the crab on the ledge and take the cauldron. Push the crab down into the previous room or into the gnome hole so that he won't be a trouble afterwards. Go up to the top. There will be two things on the two sides; at the left side is the way to the bicorn horn and a gnome and the right side has a frog and a gargoyle hidden. Go to the right side first and take the frog if you need one and Flipendo the strange block on the right side which has a gargoyle behind it. Lumos the gargoyle and jump to the left part. Put the gnome into the hole and open the door by Skurge. The wall on the left will glow, which reveals a chest containing some beans. Now go back to the moving bridge, but first defeat all the pixies. Jump carefully to the end in order to open the last secret which has some more beans. Alohamora the locked door and you will be in the final area. Take the beans and the Flobberworm mucos. You will drop down while trying to reach to the four beans on the rack. Quickly stun both crabs and move right. Knock them off and jump your way to the left. Climb up and collect the four beans on the rack. Then take the horn on the table and you will be in the Snape's potion classroom. Open the chest in front of you for a bronze wizard card. Go out and there will be a cutscene. After that you have to learn dueling. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Dueling Club 0007.12] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I After you have got the horn, there will be a cutscene and you have to go to the Great Hall where the dueling club is about to start. Follow the boy into the hall or you can go into the Grand Stair Case and take the two bronze wizard card; one in the charms classroom and second in Moaning Myrtle�s bathroom. After collecting the cards just go into the hall. When you enter the hall, a cutscene appears about dueling and you have to duel with Draco Malfoy. Read the dueling tips section for more info about how to duel. This one is very easy. Just five or six correct hits and he will be defeated. After the duel will be a cutscene. After the cutscene, you have to follow Ron to the greenhouse for learning Diffindo. There is a secret room just behind the trader in the greenhouse. There is a white square just above the door. Flipendo it and the door will open. Go in and collect the silver wizard card and some beans. Now follow Ron to the next door. Take the chest there and enter the door. The greenhouse is in front of you. But don't go there yet. Instead go towards the left of the wall and you may see a chest which has a bronze wizard card. There also you have to do the arrow key thing after entering the greenhouse. After this test, you have to move on to the Diffindo challenge. Time limit: 1500 seconds at the start. Maximum time: 3927 seconds. Maximum house points: 250 Secrets: 11 Wizard cards: Bronze- Four Silver- Four Challenge stars: 14 Walkthrough: As soon as the challenge starts, run to the door and cast Diffindo the vines blocking the door. Enter the room and open the chest. Take the cauldron, chest and a flower pot which is slightly big and has no soil in it. At the left of the cauldron is a green wall with a painting with a flower. Open it and go in for some beans. Now go out of the door and you will see some vines at your left and a snail roaming. Stun it and push it towards the vines. Now cut the vines and push the snail on the plate which was behind the vines. This will open a lock from the door. Now push the second snail towards the vines (the snail roaming in the corridor which goes towards the vines) and cut the vines two times. Now push the snail on to the pattern which will open the door from which you can proceed forward. But before proceeding, take the flower pot and the water can with no sprinkler. There is also a silver wizard card here. Just Flipendo all the four white squares, which are just on the wall. It will open a wall which has a secret room behind it. Take the chest for a silver wizard card and now proceed from the next door. Take the frog if you need one, take the star, cut the rope and save your game. Proceed through the door and there will be a cutscene about Horklump mushrooms. After the cutscene, don't cut the mushrooms as said by professor. Instead, cut the vines covering the gnome hole and release the gnome. Meanwhile, go down and go into the room with a chest as it is a secret, but don't open the chest as it has the annoying Peeves. Climb back to the Horklump mushroom and the gnome must have harvested all the mushrooms into beans. Stun the gnome and throw into the hole. Collect all the beans and stand on the left square. Cut the rope in front of you and a block will rise up. Jump on to the ledge on the left and collect the beans there. In case if you fall down, just stand on the right square and cut the rope to release a smaller block. Jump from the smaller block to the bigger block and climb up the ledge. Now go into the room which has a rope waiting to be cut. Cut it and it will open the door from which you can proceed further. Go in and take the star. Open the chest for a bronze wizard card. Open the box three times and finish the pixies and stun the snail. Take the Flobberworm mucos and cut the two ropes and push the block on the grey plate. This will open the door which has a challenge star. Take the challenge star and Flipendo the flower pot. Go in the next room and professor will tell you about the Spikey prickly plants. Cut them with Diffindo and push the block towards the ledge. Cut the rope which will release the elevator. Jump on it and go up. Cut the vines and the rope which opens the gate. Cut the vines blocking the door and take the four beans. Drop down and take the frog if necessary. Jump down and go from the next door. Take the challenge star and Flipendo the armor and the water can two times. Take the cauldron at the right of the save book and cut the spider web. Save your game here. Jump down and cut the rope at the right side. Diffindo the web and jump across. Don't take the star yet. Instead take the stairs on the left after casting Lumos on the gargoyle. When you reach at the wooden bridge, jump on it but don't cut the rope. Instead proceed forward and the wall will glow at the end of the bridge. Go in for a challenge star and jump back on the bridge. Cut the rope now and Lumos the gargoyle again. Now go to the next area connected by the bridge. At the right is a secret. Open the chest inside for a bronze wizard card. Now climb up the stairs at the right and push the block down until it falls down. Now go back to the place where the gargoyle was. There will be the block. Push it inside for a secret area. Enter the area and open the chest for a silver wizard card. Now go back on the bridge and go to the other side. Stun the snail and take the cauldron. Remove all the Ectoplasm and stun the crab. Take the flower pot. Push the block towards the door and climb up. Defeat the pixie and jump up from the hole. Stand on the block with a rope and cut the rope. You will drop down. Take the challenge star and stun the two pixies there. Now quickly jump on to the floating grey platforms as they move in. Take the cauldron save your game here. You will be in an open ground with some mushrooms and three gnome holes covered with vines. Open the left and the right hole by standing near the door and wait until gnomes harvest all the beans. Now stun the two gnomes and throw them into the gnome hole. Now open the third one and let him harvest the mushrooms near the ledge. After conversion of mushrooms into beans, throw the gnome into the hole. Take the frog if you need it and climb up the ledge. As soon as you jump down, you will be introduced with venomous tentaculas. Cast Diffindo on its both arms to permanently defeat him. Repeat the same process with the other three tentaculas. Take the frog which is hopping at the right of the first tentacula. Don't forget to take the chest at the left side of the fourth and last tentacula. Climb up from the stairs and take the challenge star Now cut the nearest rope. Climb up the plank but don't cut the second rope. Instead, jump down towards the two new creatures which are Bowtruckles. Diffindo them and take the Wiggentree bark from them. Now climb back on the plank and jump on the ledge. There is a big white square on which you can cast Alohamora to open a secret room which has two flower pots, a Flobberworm mucos, a challenge star and a chest which has a silver wizard card. Take all the goodies and go back to the ledge. Cut the ropes of the plank and defeat the two Bowtruckles. Take the Wiggentree bark from them and jump down. Take the water can and save your game. There will be two snail patterns on which you have to put two snails. Put the nearer snail on the pattern covered with vines and cut the vines. Now put the second crab at the opposite side. This will open the door. Don't forget to take the Flobberworm mucos at the opposite to the second pattern. Now go into the room and Alohamora the white square near the roof. Cut the rope to lower the challenge star. Climb up and collect the star. Now go towards the left side and Skurge the Ectoplasm. The gargoyle at the right side has no use here. Enter the room and cut the vines. Defeat the Bowtruckles and continue your journey from the stairs. Take the cauldron and the frog if you need. You will see a crank like thing which is tied by two ropes in the next room. Cut the two ropes for releasing the crank and opening a bridge. Across the bridge is a green wall with a flower design. Alohamora on it and enter the room for a chest of bronze wizard card. Continue your journey to an area with three venomous tentaculas. You can avoid them or cut their arms. Go into the next room for a challenge star. Open the green wall with a yellow flower for a bronze wizard card then go down from the stairs. Take the challenge star and the cauldron and save your game. In the next room there is a gargoyle which is waiting to be illuminating. There is also a snail, a frog and a flower pot. Take whatever you need and Lumos the gargoyle. The wall will open and there will be a way to the next area Go into the next room and take the challenge star. When you try to continue forward, the door closes and a snail drops down. Stun the snail and push it into the pit marked with the snail pattern and the door will open. Now open the crack at left wall and take the beans in there. Now go ahead and you will be in the same situation. Stun the two snails which drop down just near the pit. Put them into the pit and the door will open which leads you to the completion star. But before going to the completion star, go behind and stun the snail and put it into the plate in the secret area. This opens a door which has a silver wizard card. Now go towards the completion star but before taking it, have a look there. There will be a Flobberworm mucos and a chest which has four beans. Take them all and now take the completion star. After you complete the challenge and go up the stairs where Ron is waiting for you. He will tell you about the shredded boomslang skin. Now you have to follow him. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Shredded Boomslang Skin 0007.14] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: Collect the shredded boomslang skin and take it to Hermione. Time limit: No time limit. Secrets: 3 Wizard cards: Bronze- One Silver- One Walkthrough: Now you have learnt the Diffindo spell, you can open even more secrets. So, instead of following Ron to the greenhouse, Alohamora the crack which is just opposite to the Diffindo challenge. Cut the vines and enter the room. Collect the beans and the bronze wizard card in the chest. Lumos the gargoyle in there and go out. There will be a cutscene. After the cutscene go on to the right side of the school and a wall will glow at the right side, behind the Slytherin girl trader. Go in and take the beans and the silver wizard card in the chest. Now go back to the greenhouse and follow Ron into the Herbology class. Use the potion cauldron if you need it and circle the class for some beans. Now go at your right and open the chest outside for some beans. Now cut the vines and enter the room which has some beans and a chest which has a bronze wizard card. Now go back to Ron and cut the vines blocking the gnome hole. Let him convert all the mushrooms into beans and then zap him. Throw him at the mushroom bunch at the left of the chest. Collect the beans and throw him into the hole. Now approach Ron and watch the cutscene. Now Diffindo the vines and enter the door. When you enter the door, go out from the door and cut the both arms of the first tentacula. Now cut the other three and open the gnome hole by cutting the vines. Let him make the beans and after bean making, stun him and throw it on the ledge with two spikey prickley plants by jumping up and throwing him while you are in air. After gnome makes the beans, just stun him again and throw it into the gnome hole. Now cut the three spikey prickley plants and go into the door by cutting the vines covering the door. Flipendo the flower pot and stun the fire crab at the top of the stairs. Stun the second crab and continue forward on the bridge. At the turn, jump down to the place where the beans are. Collect the beans and climb back up. Enter the room at the end of the bridge and cut the two ropes which tie the crank. Now drop down and follow the same path for reaching the bridge. Now cut the two ropes again for rotating the crank. Before going to the bridge, there is an odd block on the floor on which you can Flipendo for opening a room which has a gargoyle. Lumos the gargoyle and run on the bridge. At the end is a save game book. At the right of the save book is a secret which has a silver wizard card in the chest. Take the chest, cut the vines blocking the door and save your game. Now cut the two spikey plants just outside the room and take the water can and the frog. At the right are two venomous tentaculas and four Horklump mushrooms. Cut the arms of the first tentacula and wait for the second one to come. Cut its both arms and cut all the four mushrooms. Now you can pick one and throw it on the two spikey prickley plants. Take the two flower pots and go into the room covered with vines. You will be introduced with spiders after you cut the web. After the scene, just cast Rictusempra on it to get rid of it. Now repeat the same process with the other two spiders. After the last spider, you will be in an open area with a frog at your left. Take it if necessary and jump on the big block which you can see from a distance. This will extend a bridge which connects the outer area with the greenhouse containing the boomslang skin. But don't go in just now. Instead go towards the two Bowtruckles and defeat them. Take a Wiggentree bark if you don't have one (you will need it as there is a Flobberworm mucos inside the greenhouse). Take the flower pot at the other side and open the symbol at the opposite side of the flower pot. Go in for some beans. Go out and approach the bridge. But instead of taking the bridge, climb at the side of the opening which has a dragon. Climb on to the roof for some beans. Now drop down into the greenhouse and collect the two flower pots (one on the table and the other on the left), two water cans, and a Flobberworm mucos on the right side and a bronze wizard card on the left side. After taking all the things, take the boomslang skin which is on the small central table. After taking it, there will be a cutscene and you have to go to the House point ceremony. When you reach just outside the house point chamber, Alohamora the wall on the left. Skurge the blob and Diffindo the web. Drop down and open the chest for some a silver wizard card and some beans. Now go back into the house point ceremony chamber and collect as many beans as you can. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ A Bit of Goyle 0007.15] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: Get the bit of Goyle who is sleeping in the garden. Time limit: No time limit. Secrets: 8 Wizard cards: Bronze- Four Silver- Two Walkthrough: Now you have to go to see Hermione whether umm.... I can't tell you; this will be a major spoiler. So just go to the Moaning Myrtle's place. But first you can collect some cards by Diffindo. Go up the stairs and turn right. There will be a mirror covered with web. Cut the web with Diffindo and enter the room for a silver wizard card. Now go into the common room and climb up the stairs. Go into the balcony from where you can see the common room. There is an odd block on which you can cast Flipendo. This will reveal a rope just behind you. Cut it and go down from the stairs and enter the room for a silver wizard card. Now go to the grand stair hall. On the first floor is a spoiler waiting for you, so play the game and see the cutscene. After the unskippable cutscene, you will be in Dumbledore�s study. Go up the stairs and open the chest. Take the beans there and go in, sticking to the right side in order to take the card at the top floor. Approach the hat on the table and see the short cutscene. Now go at the back of the table and open the chest for a bronze wizard card. Now go up the stairs and open the box two times. Now Flipendo the pattern just below the window on which the box is kept. The book shelves will shift aside and a secret elevator will be revealed at the left. Take the elevator and go up to the balcony. Circle the whole balcony for some beans and a silver wizard card. Now go down and approach the bird. There will be another unskippable cutscene. After this, you have to go to the Moaning Myrtle's bathroom. After you enter the bathroom, there will be a cutscene and you will be in dungeons. Just go ahead, following the trail of chicken legs (yuck). When you reach near him, he will go into the garden. Now you have to follow him to the gardens. The door is on the right, opposite to the door from where you entered the Snape's storage room for the bicorn horn. After you enter the door, the game will load. After the loading, you will be in the garden. Go up the stairs. There will be an open area with two Bowtruckles, some Horklump mushrooms, a chest with a bronze wizard card and a Flipendo switch covered with vines. First defeat the Bowtruckles, and then open the chest. The Flipendo switch is at the left of the chest. Cut the vines and Flipendo the pattern. This will reveal some blocks at the left of the huge spiral stairs through which you can reach the beans on some blocks. Jump carefully from block to block and when you reach the last one just jump back on the stairs. At the top of the stairs is one more set of blocks waiting to be jumped. Just keep jumping and when you reach the last block, just jump on the landing. Now proceed into the next room. There will be three doors covered with vines. Cut all the three vines and then proceed forward to the beam which is held by vines (grrr. These vines don�t have any other work to do?) Cut it and jump on the beam. Continue ahead and cut the web covering the door. Jump in and open the chest which usually has four beans, but if you are injured, a frog also comes out. Anyways, take the beans (or the frog, whatever you get) and jump on the central beam. Now jump into the chimney (I think that is chimney) after cutting the web. Push the block on your left down and then you also drop down by the ledges (I didn't knew that Harry is also assistant of Santa.) Now push the block towards the shelves. Now Lumos the gargoyle which has at the left of the book shelves. Climb on the book shelf by that block you pushed down and go towards the left. There will be a secret room with a silver wizard card. Go back down and take the stairs. There will be a save game book here. Save your game and continue. In the next room, there is a big fire crab (you can identify it by its big size and violet color). Don't go into the room as it can hurt you seriously. The bad thing is that their flames split into multiple flames after hitting the ground. Just stay on the door and cast Rictusempra two times on it to knock it down. Now push the crab down from the platform and climb up on the platform. Step on the footprint to open the door. Go in and defeat the gnome. Put it into the gnome hole and Diffindo the web covering the secret area at the opposite side of the gnome hole. Take the beans in there and go out from the door. This area is quite big so I am dividing this area into two parts; namely left and right. Take the path leading up at the right as it is smaller than the left one. Go up the path and carefully cut all the spikey plants. Stun the two snails and go into the door in front of you. Once you enter the door, the door will shut and the floor will rise. Once the floor stops rising, two fire crabs drop down. Stun them both and push them both into the hole which you can easily locate. After this the floor rises a bit and after the second stop, two snails drop down. Repeat the process and the floor finally stops rising. There will be a bronze wizard card in the chest. Now cut the web which will open the door. There will be some ledges there. The right ledge has two chocolate frogs and the left one has the way to go forward. But don't go in yet. The left section is left. Now go back to the place from where you started. There will be a door in front of you which is blocked by web. Cut the web and go in. Climb up the ledges and push the block from the hole. Now jump down from the same hole. Push the block towards the ledge opposite to the right side. Climb up the block and cut the both spikey plants by jumping up (I say jumping up, not climbing up) and casting Diffindo when you are in mid air. Cut them both and climb up. Release the gnome and let the gnome harvest the mushrooms. When he is finished its agricultural works, stun him and pick him up. If you like, you can throw it into the right side path and let him do his work. After it has finished the work, again stun it and put it into the hole in the previous room which had a secret you opened. Now climb up the block and on to the area from where you released the gnome. Climb up the stairs like ledges and enter the window. There is also a gargoyle which opens a block at the opposite side of the gargoyle. This area has a chocolate frog, two spikey prickley plants and some beans. Now climb on to the window. At the corner, there is a chocolate frog and Flobberworm mucos. Take them and continue forward. There will be a gargoyle at the left side. Lumos it and go towards the door in front of you. The wall on the opposite side has a secret which has some beans. Take them and go out from the door. There will be a circular area which has many venomous tentaculas and spikey prickley plants. Circle the area, starting from the right if you want. Otherwise go into the window in front of you. Diffindo the web covering the door at the end and go out. You will be on the same ledge from where you have to go. Take the frogs at the opposite side if you need and enter the room which has a save book and a pixie. Defeat the pixie and save your game. Go ahead and turn left. There is a room which has a gargoyle. Cut the web and Lumos the gargoyle. The shelf at the right will glow. Defeat the pixie there and open the lock. Go into the room and open the chest for beans. Now go forward and the floor will drop down. A large fire crab is there. Stun it by using the Rictusempra two times. After that push it into the hole. The floor will rise back. Go into the next room. At the right side when you enter the room there is a wall which you can open by Alohamora. Open it and climb up the stairs. Go across the ledge behind the gargoyle for a secret which has a bronze wizard card. Now Lumos the gargoyle to reveal a secret stairs going down. Go back down and take the stairs. Now you have to flip the wooden beams so that all the three beams have same colors facing you. There are two colors here, red one and blue one. When the two doors are opened, go up and follow the wooden path. Check the both rooms on left and right side. These rooms contain chocolate frog, beans and a bronze wizard card. Now continue forward and Skurge the three Ectoplasms. Collect the beans underneath the blobs and go forward. Lumos the gargoyle at the right and a room at the left will open. Open the chest and there will be a chocolate bonanza i.e. three frogs. Eat them if you like (you probably will) and Skurge all the Ectoplasms in the next room. Jump your way ahead and save your game. Proceed down into the next area and cut the webs blocking your path. Climb up the bundle of straw and enter the room with a pixie flying. Rictusempra the pixie and open the chest and cauldron on the right. Now go to the left side and open the lock on the floor. Drop down from the door opened and jump on the block tied by a rope. Cut the rope and you will drop down. Jump down at the left and you will see a gnome doing its work. After the harvesting, Zap it and put it into the gnome into the hole at the far left side. Now climb up by the block in the front. Cut the two plants and open the chest. Now proceed forward and you will see two venomous tentaculas at the either sides of the door. Cut them both and go forward. There is a rope in the hole on the floor. This will open the door in between the two tentaculas. Jump down and enter the room. This is a secret which has two spikey prickley plants, two Bowtruckles and a silver wizard card. Defeat the two Bowtruckles and the spikey plants. Then look up on the wooden beam and cut the rope there to reveal a chest which has a silver wizard card. Now go out and follow the water path, cutting the spikey plants. At the right there is a crab and a gargoyle. Stun the crab and Lumos the gargoyle. This will open the final secret. Open the chest and collect the beans. Now go back to the door and turn left. There will be a snail there. Stun it and follow the path. Cut the four spikey plants and open the door. This is the room where Goyle is sleeping. Go straight ahead and if you want you can take the two cauldrons in the left and right doors. After this, just go towards Goyle and stay very close to him. Harry will automatically pick up what he needs. After this you will be at the second floor of the grand stair hall. Just go to the bathroom and watch the scene. You will be turned into... spoiler. I can't tell you. Now you have to go to the dungeons. After you reach the main corridor of the dungeons, there will be a Slytherin kid which you have to follow. Follow him to the door just opposite to the potion class. He will say the password by which you can enter the common room. But before you enter the common room, have a look around. There will be Ectoplasm on the wall. Remove it and Lumos the gargoyle. It will show a rope underneath a pillar at the far right corner. Cut the rope to reveal a chest which has a silver wizard card. Take it and now approach the door. Harry will say the password and the door will open. Enter the door and wait while the game loads. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Slytherin Common Room 0007.16] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: Get into the Slytherin common room and inquire Draco Malfoy for some information. Time limit: No time limit. Secrets: 8 Wizard cards: Bronze- Three Silver- Two Walkthrough: After loading, go forward and step on the large green circle which has a design of a compass. A door at the right will open. Go into the next room which has a brown statue and two armors. Flipendo the armors and collect the beans. Now Flipendo the statue and then the pattern revealed. The floor will rise down. You will enter a room with a crank like device held by two ropes. Cut the ropes and the door will open. Stun the gnome family and put them into the hole one by one. Now step on the next compass like thing and enter the next door. There will be a cutscene while you reach into the room with the save book The bridge will fall down. Before saving your game, look at your right and you will see a block which you can Flipendo. Flipendo the pattern and then Flipendo the symbol just behind that pattern. Now save your game. Go towards your right after saving and there will be a door opened. Enter the room and go to the end by that spiral stairs. At the end, there will be three squares on the lower wall. Open the chest and go back from where you started. Now you can access to the chest at the far right side by means of the three blocks. Jump from block to block and reach the chest there. Open the chest for a silver wizard card. Now go back to the door and go towards the left side. The e will a Flipendo switch and two blocks floating in air. First jump on the block and Flipendo the switch. The blocks will move. Now jump on the second block as soon as it starts going back up. Now jump into the room at the top and Skurge all the Ectoplasms. Now Flipendo the block revealed by removing the Ectoplasm on the wall and Lumos the gargoyle. Drop down from the hole revealed by Lumos and step on the foot print block. The bridge will rise up and stays up due to Ectoplasm. Go ahead through the bridge and take the two cauldrons. Now enter the next room. There will be a gargoyle in front of you. Lumos it and it will show you the doorway leading to the Slytherin common room. But it also opens two secrets. First open the secret on the right of the gargoyle. Jump off the fence and keep jumping the blocks and be careful about the moving block. If it isn' near you, then wait until it comes near you; the light on the wand won't disappear quickly, so be patient. Now enter the room for some beans. Now go back to the gargoyle, but instead of casting Lumos on it, go towards the pixies and defeat them. There are four in total. Now go back to the gargoyle and Lumos it. Now follow the path and look for a floating block at your left. Jump on the block once you found it and keep jumping. The two blocks which move back and forth needs special attention. Enter the room for a bronze wizard card and some beans. Now again go back to the gargoyle and Lumos it. Go to the door following the carpet. Enter the door and you will be in the Slytherin common room hallway. There is a picture of sun which opens a secret. It is the second picture on the left. Enter the room and stun the two spiders and Alohamora the wall at the last of the area to open the door to the library. Remember this area; you will escape from here. Details are in next paragraph. Now there will be an odd colored block between the two library shelves. Flipendo it and it will lower the two shelves. Climb up to the third shelf to open a secret chest. Open it for a bronze wizard card. Now jump down and go at the opposite side of this area. There will be two armors and a fountain in shape of a mouth. Alohamora the fountain for a bronze wizard card. Flipendo the two armors and go to the common room area. But before going there, there is also a secret which has a silver wizard card. At the opposite side of the common room (the area with sofas and some Slytherin kids) is a dragon statue and two Slytherin banners. Alohamora the two banners to open the secret area. Take the card and now go into the common room. Take the Flobberworm mucos and Wiggentree bark on the tables. Now go towards your right and again turn right. You will meet Draco. After that cutscene, go back to the place where you met Draco. Climb up the spiral stairs and at the end is the last secret. Open the chest and take the beans. Now jump at the chest and on the railing. Jump down from here (this saves some of your time). Now go back to Draco and go out from the place. There will a cutscene and you have to escape from the common room. NOTE: I found a bug here. If you skip the cutscene, quit the game, then load it, all you can see is nothing except Harry's health bars. If this happens, there is no way to continue your game. Play once again from the beginning. So please, don't skip the cutscene and reload your game; otherwise you have to start from the beginning. Once the game autosave (the first and probably last autosave), run towards your right. Hide behind the pillar and go into the library once the boy has seen the witch statue. Open the secret door between the second and third shelves and go in. Follow the path and Alohamora the wall at the end. Be sure to hide behind the wooden frame at the left or right. Once the boy seeing the painting is gone, immediately run out and towards the right side door. You will win this challenge without many problems. After loading, there will be a cutscene and you have to follow Hermione to Lockhart's class. There isn�t any secret which you can open so just follow her to the class. Pass the test and you will be in the Spongify challenge. Enter the door and watch the scene. Now go down to the place where you can see two gnomes. Put them both into the hole to open a secret room in between the two holes. Lumos the gargoyle and climb back up. Spongify the carpet and go up. At the right is a block revealed by Lumos. Jump on to the block and enter the room. Open the chest for a bronze wizard card. There is one more secret room here. At the left side is a block which is slightly darker and is inside the wall. Alohamora the block and climb over the block which came out. Jump into the room for a silver wizard card. Now go back to the place where the challenge star is and take it. Now go into the next room and look for a ledge at your left. Jump on that ledge and climb up on the higher level. Spongify the tile and jump on to the next area. Alohamora the darker colored wall and proceed for ard. Take the challenge star and wait for the floating block to come near you. When it comes, jump on it. You can take the chest at the other side. After taking the chest (if you want), jump towards the challenge star. Proceed forward and save your game. You will be in a room which has a large block and three imps which makes things hard. Lure the three imps near the hole and stun them all. Quickly grab one and throw it. Flipendo them one more time and throw one more. Now zap the last one and throw it. A secret wall will open at the ledge. Now push the block towards the hole. Climb up the ledge and Lumos the gargoyle. Now go back down and go towards the frog. A secret area will be revealed which has a bronze wizard card. Also take the frog if you need it and go back to the ledge. Jump up by Spongify on the block and climb up. Spongify the carpet and go up to the challenge star. After the platform lowers, WALK to the platform with the Spongify tile (if you jump, the tile will push you back). Go into the next room which contains some hard problems to be faced. There will be four crabs just waiting for you, a deep pit and two beams to jump on. First ignore the tile and jump down to your left. Stun all the four crabs there and push the nearer one into the hole. Then Flipendo the other one and push it into the hole. Now jump at the other side and Flipendo both of the crabs. Now push them into their holes and a secret area is revealed in between. Go in and take the silver wizard card there. Now Spongify your way up and go back to the place where two red pots were. Now Spongify the carpet and jump up. Don't press any directional keys here or you will miss the beam. Now Flipendo the pattern in front and back of you. Two more beams are revealed. Jump on them very carefully and then on to the platform with the challenge star. The platform will lower and the door will open. Enter the next room and Skurge the Ectoplasm. Go down and you will be in a room with some paintings. The first painting on the left is transparent. Just jump into it and open the chest for some beans. Now see the right wall. There will an inverted picture. Flipendo the picture and the stairs will move down. Take the silver wizard card there and proceed into the next room. Go down by turning right. At the middle side is a wall which you Alohamora for a gargoyle. Lumos it and go back up. Defeat all the pixies and then go up by the Spongify carpet. There will be one more Spongify carpet revealed and a block. First push the block into the hole and then Spongify the upper carpet. You will be on a ledge. Flipendo the two jars on the right and left side. Now jump on the ledge which has a crack shaped hole in the wall. Alohamora the crack and then enter the room which has a challenge star. Take the star and go into the room for a chocolate frog if you need health. Take the Flobberworm mucos and Wiggentree bark. Now go down and push the block towards the ledge which has a challenge star. There is also a box on the left which has three beans. Now climb up the block and take the challenge star. Save your game and proceed on to the next Spongify carpet. Spongify your way up and defeat the giant fire crab there. Remove the Ectoplasm and then the second one. If you remove the Ectoplasm in front of you, there will be a small crab with two frogs. Go in if you need some health. Now remove the last Ectoplasm and then on the floor. Spongify the carpet and jump your way towards the next challenge star. In the next room, defeat the pixie and then jump up by Spongify. Now you have to...Alohamora the owl flying above? Do so and a door opens near the challenge star. Jump your way towards the challenge star and enter the secret room for some beans. Now take the star and jump down. Don't save your game here yet. Instead, jump down where the two cauldrons are. Take the cauldrons and Lumos the gargoyle. There will be three ledges revealed. Just walk on the ledge and don't jump or you may fall down. When you are on the second ledge, look left and you may see a carving on the post in front of you. Flipendo it and two rooms will open. Go into the room with carpet and jump off by it. Enter the room for a silver wizard card. Now jump back and climb up the ledges. When you reach the area with the gargoyle, jump up by Spongify. Now save your game and proceed. In the next room, there will be two spiders, so get ready. Enter the room and open the chest. Go a little forward and the floor will lower and two spiders will come out. Stun them both and then go into one of the hole from where the spiders came out. Flipendo the two patterns in the holes but go into one of the holes. The floor will rise up and you will be down there in a secret area. Go out from the hole and jump into the hole. Open the chest for some beans and then Spongify the carpet to jump back into the room. Lumos the gargoyle there and enter the room. There will be two pixies flying and a chocolate frog hopping. Near the frog is the secret. Defeat the two pixies and then enter the room for some beans. Now go out into the next room where there is a foot print on which you have to jump. Do so and it will lower, revealing a Spongify tile. Before jumping up by the tile, check the area and you will see a chest. Open the chest for a bronze wizard card. At the left of the chest is a symbol on which you can cast Flipendo for four beans. Now go back out and Spongify the tile. Propel yourself up and cut the rope there. Don't open the chest there; it only contains Peeves. Take the Flobberworm mucos there and then go into the new room opened. Spongify the carpet and quickly jump over it to avoid the crab. Cut the web while in air and defeat the two spiders. Cross the bridge and take the last star. Save your game and proceed forward. Now jump to the Spongify carpet and Spongify the tile. Now jump on it when the two moving beams start moving down after moving up. Now enter the last room. Spongify the tile but before taking the completion star, Flipendo the carving on the upper wall just behind the star. There will be a secret revealed which you can reach by the Spongify just outside. Take the bark and mucos and then run towards the opening in your front and jump when you are VERY near the edge. Enter the room for a secret and some beans. Now jump down on the web and stun the spider. Enter the room at the right for the last secret and a bronze wizard card. Now cut the web and go back to the star by that Spongify tile. Take the star and complete the challenge. After the challenge, as usual you have to go to the house point ceremony. But before going there, there is a Spongify tile at the entrance hall. Go up and collect the bronze wizard card in the chest. Now go into the dungeons and open the inverted T shaped hole. Enter the area and Spongify your way up. Collect all the beans there and jump back down. You will lose some of your health but it's OK. Now go to the grounds and then towards the Diffindo challenge. Open the crack hole and Lumos the gargoyle. Then run up to the right side of the grounds and enter the secret area. At the other side of the stairs, there is an odd colored block on the floor (seems to be darker than the normal floor). Jump on it for the last secret. Now go to the place where you saw the secret opening. Spongify the carpet and take the card and beans there. Now jump down to your left most side for avoiding you to lose health. Now go back to the house point ceremony. Now you can collect the beans more quickly by the Spongify tiles which are in all over the place. After the house point ceremony, you have to follow Ron to Moaning Myrtle�s bathroom. But there are more secrets which can be opened by Spongify. After you go in there, a cutscene occurs and after this, the next part is fully spoilerific so I won't write it. After that spoiler part you have to go to the grounds. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Grounds-Night (second time) 0007.18] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: To find Hagrid and ask some questions. Time limit: No time limit. Secrets: 6 Wizard cards: Bronze- Zero Silver- Zero Walkthrough: This area is very simple, so I wouldn't explain everything to you. Just open all the secrets in the grounds and then follow Ron to the hut. When you reach the hut, there will be a cutscene and you have to make your way to the Forbidden Forest. Collect all the beans at the hut and then follow Ron to the door. Enter it and wait while the game loads. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Forbidden Forest 0007.19] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: To find the monster who may be the attacker. Time limit: No time limit. Secrets: Four Wizard cards: Bronze- Four Silver- Two Walkthrough: When you enter the big door, there will be a cutscene and you will start your little journey into the Forbidden Forest. After the scene, Lumos the gargoyle in front of you. This will reveal two Spongify tiles. Jump up by the Spongify tile above on the rock. Defeat the spider and cut the web holding the log. The log will drop down. Now jump to the other side by the Spongify tile. Defeat the two Bowtruckles and then cut the web which holds the other block. Cut the vines, this has a chest behind it. Take the beans from the chest and jump down by the Spongify tile. Now before going forward, jump back to the first log and turn right. Flipendo the Flipendo pattern to enter a secret area which has a chest of silver wizard card. Take the frog in the next area and then get ready to fight to the plant monster. Proceed forward and you will see a large, and I mean large, venomous tentacula. You have two choices to fight with it, either you can stun it with Diffindo and then run away to the exit blocked with vines or cut its three arms and run to your right and cut the fourth arm and then go to the exit. Either is workable but be quick and alert every time. After you pass that tentacula, you have to cross a bridge. Don't cross it; it will fall down when you are in middle. Instead look at your left and you can easily locate a gnome hole covered by vines. Cut the vines and then let the gnome do their work. After their work, throw the two gnomes back into their hole. Now climb the three logs at the left. Save your game and proceed. In the tunnel which is blocked by webs, you can see a minor bug. When you see the first web, don't cut it. Instead cross it by going to the extreme right side. You will pass through the web. Now defeat the spider there and continue from the tunnel. At the end is one more spider. Defeat it and look around. You can see some pixies flying. Defeat both of them and then hop your way by the five Spongify tiles. If you miss any beans floating above, don't worry; you have to come back here. At last you will be inside the tree which has a chocolate frog, a ledge floating in air and a Spongify tile on the ground. Don't jump on the ledge; instead jump down to the tile. Take the frog if you want and jump up by the Spongify tile. Take the card and jump down to the outside area. Don't jump down directly or you may die instantly. Hop your way back to the tree and jump to the ledge. Jump to the other side and then release the spider. Stun it and then go up. Release the other two and stun both of them. A secret area will open downwards. Go there and collect your last silver wizard card. Now come out and go back to the upper area. Take the bronze wizard card there at the other end in the chest and go towards the Spongify tile. The rocks will fall down and it will block the path so that you can't go back. Take the frog if you want and then jump forward by the Spongify carpet. You will be in a waterfall area. On the ground which is up have three imps which can give you a pain in your head. So don't try to put them into the hole. Instead, just lure them towards you and climb up immediately to avoid getting bitten by imps. Oh, I forgot that there is a secret down there. Just continue your way into the water area and go towards the origin of the waterfall into a cave like place for a chest full of beans. Now continue up and save your game. Now make your way to the cave like corridor which has some big spiders. They can be knocked out only by two shots of Rictusempra; so proceed with caution and stun all the spiders. At the end there are three Bowtruckles which are nasty. Defeat them and if you lose some health; don�t worry, there is also a chocolate frog. Take it and then cut the rope. The tree will divide into four stairs and the part of the tree will go up. Go up by the stairs and then Flipendo the... some rock towards which a signboard points. Jump on it and go up by Spongify. Now jump through beam and stop at the second one. Look at the right side and you will see a chest behind vines. Cut the vines and jump towards the chest. Take the bronze wizard card there and go back. Now jump from beam to beam and at last you can see a chest and a gnome hole. Open the chest and the thing that comes out is a... gnome. Anyways it will come handy for those oncoming mushrooms. Let it do the work and when it has finished, you know what to do. Now continue your way and you will see a tree log which is pointed by a signboard. Flipendo it and it will fall down. Jump on to the log and when you have crossed halfway; the log will drop down. You can see two Flobberworm mucos and a cauldron in a cave covered with vines. Take them and mix the potion at the cauldron and go behind for a chest with bronze wizard card. Now enter the cave and wait for the loading process to end. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Aragog 0007.20] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I After the loading, there will be a scene to watch and after the scene you have to fight a LARGE spider named Aragog. This fight is in two phases; the first phase is about some cutting and second one is direct fight. Now the first phase; there are like some eight web pillars to cut so that Aragog may fall down. To make this work hard there are numerous spiders coming out from pit. This area needs some patience so that you can complete this area. Use the potions if you need. After you cut all the pillars; Aragog will drop down (poor Harry. His plan failed) and you will have a direct fight with it. Keep strafing left or right and gather some Rictusempra magic. When it raises its belly, quickly release the magic. This is the only way to hurt it badly. But if you want, you can use some rapid fire techniques by strafing and shooting magic. Either is workable. Oh, one more thing to say, Aragog uses three types of attacks; shooting webs on by one, shooting a row of webs and charging and biting you. You can avoid first and third one by strafing but the second one will inevitably hit you. After you beat Aragog, there will be a short cutscene and after that you have to go to the infirmary wing. This shouldn't be a problem as you start on the fourth floor. Just go into the infirmary for a scene and now you have to go to Moaning Myrtle�s place. If you want, you can also try the gold wizard card challenge in the room which Nearly Headless Nick showed you. The walkthrough for this section is below. Anyways, go into the Moaning Myrtle�s place for another scene. After the scene, jump down into the green tunnel. After this, wait for the next scene. I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I [ Chamber of Secrets 0007.21] I~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I Objective: To enter the chamber of secrets and defeat the final boss. Time limit: No time limit. Secrets: 3 and 4. The chamber is divided into two parts, so there are two separate secrets. Wizard cards: Bronze- One Silver- Zero Walkthrough: After the first cutscene of the chamber, you are left alone in a room with Ectoplasm blocking some rooms. Cast Skurge on the Ectoplasm on the left and defeat the big fire crab. Lumos the gargoyle and run towards the left of the room. Skurge and JUMP out the room. The next room has a secret and a fire crab. Enter the room by removing Ectoplasm and stun the crab. Throw it into the pit if you like and enter the secret room for beans. But if you are hurt, a chocolate frog pops out. Now come out of the area. Spongify the tile and go up on the rusty elevator. On your way down, you may notice an outer ring type area before the end of the elevator path. Jump on to the area and circle it for two chests of beans. Now go down by the elevator. There is a switch at the side of the sewer blockage. Flipendo on it to open the blockage and enter the two rooms with cauldrons. Now continue your way forward and save your game. Cut the web and drop down. Stun all the spiders there and then take the potion ingredients at the opposite side. Remove the Ectoplasm which will also open a trap. Climb up and jump up through Spongify. Now here comes the trap; there are three metal... umm sewer thing I don't know which are constantly moving and are trying to crush you. So be careful and cross the thing when it starts to go up. After crossing the obstacles save your game and take the chocolate frog if necessary. Now advance towards the chest by that path. But while you try this some rocks fall down. Flipendo the pointy rock at the top to drop it. Then climb it and then up to the right side. Take the beans and Spongify the carpet. Go up and there you will get two walls coming towards you to crush you down after you step on the switch, just run to the ledge in the front and wait for the walls to stop. When they stop, go behind the right wall for some beans. Don't jump down; just stand at the edge or you will miss this secret. Now jump down and follow the path, removing Ectoplasm and web as you go. Save your game and take the cauldrons at the right and left side of the save book. Jump down and take the cauldron and the frog. Now stand just at the mouth of the door and defeat the three pixies that fly around. Two fly together and passes the door and one flies at the left side. To increase your difficulty, there is a fire crab down there that is shooting flames. Just keep moving to avoid being burnt to death. Remember, this place is hard and needs a lot of patience. After you defeat three of them, go to the door and watch the scene. After that defeat the last pixie quickly and run to the right. There is a gargoyle and a Spongify carpet. Lumos the gargoyle and it will show you the ledge through which you can reach the next area. Jump through by the Spongify carpet and continue the path by repeating the same Lumos and jump process. Now this is a very hard part. There are three imps which are just ANNOYING. Try to take their attention and then jump down to the Spongify carpet you just used to come up. If lucky, you will drop them down and then quickly cast Spongify and jump up to avoid their teeth. If an imp still remains there, just Flipendo it and throw it into the hole. Now jump down and look around. There is an elevator in between the two metal catwalks; a rope you absolutely need to cut; some beans and a secret area. First cut the rope and then look at the other side of the elevator; there is a picture of a snake. Flipendo the picture for a hidden elevator. Take it and go down. Defeat the fire crab there and push it into the pit. Then go into the room just beside the elevator for a secret. Now Spongify the carpet on which the crab was standing and jump up. Walk a few steps to enter the second area of the chamber and the worst and the most difficult place of the game. Welcome to the worst place in the game. Your mission is to put two fire crabs on two plates which are covered with some blocks in order to open the door. This thing is very hard as first you have four crabs blasting on you; second you have to move the blocks; stunning all the crabs so that they can't hit you is next to impossible and last, after you put a crab in the place, other starts to burn you real quick. But this area can be beated by three things; speed, patience and potions. First move the two blocks and then stun any crab nearest to the plate. Push it on the plate and repeat the same process. Then quickly enter the door and defeat all the imps there to open a secret. This secret has a Wiggentree bark, a Flobberworm mucos, some beans and a gargoyle. Take all the things and don't forget the pixie there. Then Spongify the carpet at the next door and come back to Lumos the gargoyle. Jump up by Spongify carpet and then by the bridge. Stun the pixie near the Spongify tile and jump up. Enter the secret at the left for a secret. At the right side is a chocolate frog. Continue down and cut the two ropes to drop down. After you go down, there will be two Flipendo patterns on the floor. Cast Flipendo to open the area which has cauldrons. Now save your game and get the snail. There will be two snails circling the whole corridor. When both of the snails are away from the entrance, enter the next trap area. This will trigger a cutscene which shows a snail falling down by a trap door, after defeating the two snails by stunning and pushing them into the same trap, stand on the edge of the trap floor and Flipendo the picture of some snakes above you. This will open a gargoyle. Casting Lumos on it reveals two ledges on which you can climb without opening the trap. But if you want that last bronze card, then you have to cut the four ropes on the left side which is hard to reach. At the left side of the corridor from where you entered is a Spongify tile (the corridor which the snails patrolled, not the trap door). Before jumping from it, look above. There is a platform going up and down and two pixies flying. First defeat the pixies and then jump up when the platform at its maximum height. At the right side of the platform is a rope. Cut it and a platform will lower above the trap Now jump to the other platform when it is also at its maximum height. It also has a rope at the right side. Now jump down to the ledge. Repeat the same process as in the previous one and cut the two ropes at the right side of the platforms. Now jump down and you will start from where you started. Now look at the trap path and it will be covered by two iron platforms. Climb up and collect your last bronze wizard card. Now climb the second one and jump down. Follow the path and save your game. Jump down and see a short cutscene of a huge boulder falling down towards you. Here you can use mouse control for shooting the branches blocking your path. You have to strafe yourself left and right using left and right arrow keys. You can also jump by right mouse button. At the end of the path, jump down to avoid the rock. Now you are very near to the lair of the final boss. Take the two potion ingredients and save your game. Approach the door and it will open, showing a small cutscene. Cut the rope in front of you and it will break the door which is the path for the final chamber Stand on the wooden thing to jump over to the door. Oh, one more thing, don't go down where two large fire crabs are, this area has no secrets or anything for interest. The door on the left side just leads back to the place from where you started. Approach the door and wait for the loading the next part of chamber. You will be in a corridor which has a bunch of snake statues emitting fire. The tactic to cross them is to pass through them when the fire is red i.e. when the fire stops for one or two seconds. After you pass the first three, there are two Flobberworm mucos and a Wiggentree bark at the right side and a cauldron at the left. Mix some potions and cross the rest of the snake fires and save your game. Jump down and get ready to fight Basilisk. For the last secret, I would say, ????????????????????????????. In short, I don't know. If anyone found out this last one, please don't hesitate to kick me a mail. The snake comes out from the mouth of the statue of Salazar Slytherin. It has two types of attacks; charging towards you and biting and throwing poison. The best tactic to fight is to keep strafing and powering up some energy of the sword and quickly releasing the energy. Once its health goes down the next part of the battle starts. Now Basilisk appears in four sewer holes near Ginny. But you can control the direction of Basilisk here by moving towards the sewer holes to where you want it to pop out. Basilisk will always comes out from the hole to which you are most near to it. While attacking it, first power up some energy and shoot it when the mouth is open. Its head moves right and then left and then it opens mouth for poison. But when Basilisk stays only at the second left sewer hole and my trick doesn't work no more, it means that you have to do a final attack to finish the game. After Basilisk is down, a final cutscene occurs and you win the game. Congratulations! You just finished the second part of Harry Potter game series. Now you can roam around Hogwarts and open secrets if you like and if you didn't did this before. You can also try the gold wizard card challenge, Quiddich matches and the dueling club. You can even try all the challenges for some additional house points or for improving your time. After you are fully satisfied with your works, you have to go to the great hall for the house cup ceremony where you can have a bug to see. If you stay at the last position in the house point tally, then also you can win the house cup! This shows that there is no alternative end here. Chao. But if you lose the match or won the match with lower points, your previous points will be replaced with the lower points. 2. Try to buy Quiddich upgrades as soon as you can, they help a lot. You can buy upgrades from Fred and George which are standing just outside the Quiddich pitch. 3. When you get hit by things, ground or enemy seeker, you lose health. If your health bar empties, the match will end. To overcome this, use potions while you are between the match. Thanks to my brother for this tip. 4. If you get hit by things or seekers, your Nimbus 2001 and Quiddich armor becomes useless. Try not to get hit for speeding things up. I will write a walkthrough of this area also though it's very linear. Please note that before doing this challenge, you have to learn all the spells. So here we go:- Objective: To collect all the gold wizard cards. Time limit: 420 seconds (approximately). Secrets: Zero Wizard cards: Bronze- Zero Silver- Zero Gold- Eleven Walkthrough: You start in a room with eleven rectangular windows covered with curtains. Follow the corridor and save your game if you like. Enter the room and the timer starts automatically. While you go forward, the floor drops and two fire crabs and a Spongify tile are revealed. Use the tile to propel yourself up and then take the first gold wizard card. Open the door by Alohamora and climb your way up by means of four floating blocks. When two blocks are nearly touching each other, jump on to the next one. Repeat the same at the other four and take the second gold card. Cut the two ropes to lower the bridge and then cut the webs blocking the two doors. Remove the webs blocking the way and then enter the trap room. The trap is that the more you move towards the card, the more block holding the card rises up. The trick is to climb at the right or left side and jump on the block with the third card. Now leave the room and see the next one. There are Ectoplasm on the floor but you can get past it without even get stuck in it. First Alohamora the brown picture on the right when you enter the room and a secret room opens. Enter it and stand on the black colored floor just in front of the crank device. Cut the rope and you will rise up. Jump on to the ledge with gargoyle and use Lumos. Go out from the door and a straight path awaits you, leading you to the next card. Now enter the next room and use the Spongify tile to propel yourself up above the two large fire crabs. Take the next card and remove the Ectoplasm blocking the door. Continue down to the next room. Open the lock on the floor and use the Spongify tile to jump directly towards the next card. Now this one is odd. Go into the purple room and enter the lone door there. Lumos the gargoyle and you will see that the floor vanishes and five small ledges and the card is at the opposite side of the second ledge. Keep hopping down from ledge to ledge and collect the seventh card. Cut the rope holding the crank rope and enter the next room. You will be in a room with four blocks needed to pushed in order to go forward. Push them in this order to quickly reach to the next card: left, right, left, right. Climb up for the eighth card. After taking the card look up at the door. There is a rope which you can cut for a Spongify tile at the left side. Jump from it and take the ninth card. Now enter the final room with three blocks and a card. Push the left and right one three times and middle one two times. Take the card and jump to the other side. Enter the final room and cut the rope holding the crank device. Hop down from one Spongify carpet to the other and collect the last card. Now approach and you will start back from where you have started. Now the windows which were previously closed are opened and you can see the charecters of the card in 3-D view in the window! A technique is to cast a spell then immediately start charging if they reflect the spell, side step, then right after the spell passes, step back into its trail and let another fly. 2. Another technique is to send a spell and gather magic. When they reflect your spell, side step and just after it passes, step back into its trail and let another one fly. Here's a tip for dueling I learnt on my own: Charge a power full Rictusempra attack, let it go, then wait until the opponent hits it back (if it doesn't hit him), then quickly take a step or two to the side, quickly power up some Rictusempra, then fire. If timed exactly, it will hit. This one was from [email protected]:- 4. In dueling, use Expelliarmus only. Let your opponent choose the spell and simply send it back. Sometimes they send it back, just keep casting. You will get through all the duels in no time. These one from me:- 5. First use rictusempra and hold down the wand button until the red ball becomes large. Keep moving here and there randomly and make sure that you are neither too far nor too close from the opponent. After three or four rounds of moving stop at a point and be sure that you don't stop until you want to attack because the opponent starts attacking you if you stop.
