There should be a small drain in the middle of the room , the water will go down it stopping the fire from being put out , there should be a vending machine you can pull , put that directly over the drain and the water will have no where to go except to the fire , once it's out you can leave.

Turn back to were you started from, this will be the bridge.Clime back up face the other end of the missing bridge, look right and thir will be a truck. Go up to the truck and use the jack on the back whell by pressing x, when it falls into the river go down and jump on it and then on the over end of the missing bridge.

But, be careful: a CO named Ernesto (the guy who walked you into your cell at the beginning of the game, if you can believe it) will come running up and start blasting the demons.

Afterwards, don't shoot him, but follow him. He will go to the gate, talk a little bit, and then he will decide that together you can destroy more demons than alone.

Just follow him, he'll lead you where you need to go.

When he leads you back to the lighthouse, then you crank the handle.
