Turn off the needs
You bring up the cheat bar and type in
Motivedecay false
Capitalization doesnt matter. Your sims needs wont go down. You just do it everytime someone moves into the house, babies too. So you don't even have to take care of your babies. You don't need to sleep eat bathe or use the bathroom.
