Keep the kids away from the social worker

Step1:hire a nanny

Step2:get the cheat bar(ctrl+shift+c)

Step3:build a room put one door

Step4:let the nanny go in the room make sure no one else comes in if you want other people in their then let them

Step5:when the nanny is in and any other sims you want in there

Step6:then wait for the door to go closed and then go to build mode and delete the door

Step7:put a fridge and toliet and a bed for the nanny and a baby crib and changing table and maybe some toys. You can put a tv in there too and a shower. That's what I did. Good Luck!! By the way try not to let the nanny out if you let other sims in or let them out
