First of all skill level is NOT capped at 255 , it is 99 999. (Do NOT go higher then that number, up to 5 digits only)

Code: (same as Oblivion)

Player.setav [skill] [#ammount#]

Ex.

Player.setav smithing 99999

Other commands that you can still use in skyrim

Additem [item number] [ammount]    (! The only ones I have been able to get are gold and lockpicks)

Item-item code:

Gold - 0000000a

Lockpicks - 0000000f

Working commands:

Kill

Unlock

Alot of other stuff I havent tried but the main reason I wanted to share this is for 'unlimited' weightlimit.

Find yourself an enchanted weight limit increases item (will be boots or bracers)

Disenchant that item to learn the enchantment

Open console (~) for most qwerty keyboard or the key underneath the esc key.

Type player.setav enchanting 99999 (remember your previous enchantment skill level)

Enchant item

Open console again

Type player.setav [previous enchanting level]

Problem with this is if you get new armor you would have to do this again and you can't get another enchantment on it.
