Delete people!
Here is a cheat to delete or move anything you want, including your mailbox and the members of your sim family.
Just hold Control(Ctrl), Shift and C until a rectangular text box appears in the top left hand corner of the screen. Type in, "move_objects_on" and a cheat will be activated where you can delete anything. I deleted my mailbox and now I don't have to pay any bills!
