Requirements:You must be a member of the Champion's Guild and have the ability to kill a level 83 Dragon!
Location of quest:The Champion's Guild,which is located south east of Varrock's south exit.To enter you must have 32 Quest Points.
Who are you doing this for?:Oziach, a friend of the guild master.
Reward:Two Quest Points,the ability to wear rune plate mail and dragon leather, and lots of extra combat levels
