How do I renew the energy of my Sim once I'm in Studio Town? I can't seem to figure that one out...

You go home, save the game, delete your character, then wait a day and go back.

Right here is what I always do, it's really good,
In the morning around 8 or 9 save the game, put the cheat "move_objects on" and delete you're sim, then click on their face and ask them to phone for a cab to studio town.
Go to studio town, do whatever you want to do then come home, repeat the above and spend the rest of the day getting skills and inviting celebs round!
Trust me this is really good.
