Try doing magic quests for the Vendors in MagicTown.
I did a few and I cot clown confetti but I haven't gotten wizard's eyelashes yet.

You got to talk to the majic venders.
They will send you on quests and they will give it to you if you complete it.

You got to vicki vampiress and talk to her so she will give you a quest. You can also get wizard;s eyelashes from her.
