Apparently this has been a known issue that a random group is suddenly getting an error 500, fortunately Roblox’s engineering team has made changes to fix this current issue.
If the problem persists, please contact Roblox Support Team at https://www.roblox.com/support with the detailed description of your issue for them to investigate your matter as quickly as possible.
