Question for Pippa Funnell 4: Secrets of the Ranch

Where do you meet the Police Officer/Taxi Driver?

I have just gotten past the part where you set up the fake ghost display and Oliver said to meet the Police Officer. Which they have marked with an 'x' on the post office box area, which is in the town hall area. The taxi driver is often seen outside the church. But isn't anymore. In the afternoon, I see him sitting with the mayor next to Chloe. However, you can't approach him. How do I approach him?

Nevermind. Found out you have to be outside the church square around 11.15. Game glitch as the cross is by the town area where Chloe is
