At the beggining when you finish helping birthing the foal they ask if you want to stay you have to say sorry no so then you will go for an interview for a job as a vet.
I have tried to pass the interview many times but with no success. I have not tried every possible combination but I think that it is unlikely that there is only one special combo to get you in to vet academy. I really just think that it is impossible!! Sorry I couldn't be of more help!
The whole point of the game is to work on a stud farm and take care of animals whilst solving the mystery of Marie's disappearance. There is no way to answer the questions correctly; they never made that game option.
