Does anyone know where to find Oliver behind the church at noon? I've been the x and he's not there and I've waited on the steps and he's not their either, can anyone help??

To find Oliver stay on Market street (the back of the church) until about 12:02pm. Then head to the right side of the church (when facing the back of the church)it will lead to church square ... On the stairs (opposite from the mayors house). You will know you have done it because it will go to a cut scene.
