YOU ARE WRONG you go talk to twilly and then click on the hatching or somthing.
I hatch my egg does we need dragon amuleT?
Go to Falconreach, click Twilly and click 'The Hatching'. THen you will be put into a quest and if you go to the right, Twilly will be waiting for you. Click on her and see what happens next.
