It means that you must kill a cs who is taking hostages to rescue point

I know how to solve this 
First of all open the folder of xtream . Then go to czero then missionpacks then terror then you will find some files renamed easy , normal and hard . Open one of them with notepad. Here you can change any mission(do not be so exited early see this carefully) "JUST... I REPEAT JUST REMOVE A LINE "ESCORTING HOSTAGES" AND REPLACE THESE TWO WORDS WITH elites or any other gun (this was an example not a perfect sentence) adn then the mission will be changed
NOTE -("DO NOT DELET A SINGLE WORD FORM IT OTHERWISE IT CAN DELET ALL YOUR MISSIONS")

Take pose near rescue zone and kill cts who are taking hostages to zone.REMEMBER THAT NEAR RESCUE ZONE.
