Without using continues more than 3 times during the entire mode successfully complete the skills competition. To unlock additional challenges press and hold 'Up' while Selecting Skills Competition.

No Injuries or Retirements

Take everyone off of your team that isn't dressed and then maintain a roster of 20 players throughout the season. By doing this you will never have players retire at the end of it. By keeping a roster of 20 players through the season your players will also never get injured.
