Type 'ASCOT BACKDROP' when you enter the workout room to enable Debug mode and then exit the room. If you then re-enter the workout room you will only have to do five repetitions on each machine to complete the workout. After the cutscene, exit the workout room and type 'ASCOT BACKDROP' again to disable Debug mode.
