20 Exstra strength points

If you have trained you strength to 100(witch is max) you can put on a "Ring of the orcish warlords"(witch gives you 20 strength points less) Now you only have 80 strength points. So if you spend 20 lerning points on strengt you'll have 100 strength with the ring on. Then if you take off the ring you'll have 120 strengt :D
