Cheat Mode
To enter cheat mode, open the Start menu and right click on the icon for Galactic Civilizations II: Dread Lords and select "Send to...Desktop (create shortcut). Next, go to your desktop, right click on the new icon, then select "Properties". In the box that says "Target", move your cursor to the end (keep the quotation marks) and type CHEAT. Then, launch the game using this link to start cheat mode.
