During the Pickup mission there is an optional objective which is to remove a virus from a chip, this is accopmplished by completing a mini-game. In order to do so you first need to open your game menu and scroll to your Journal where you then select the 'Shards'tab followed by 'Militech Datashard'. When you now select the 'Crack Security' option you will open up a breaching mini-game menu which you have precisely 60 seconds to complete.

What you basically have to do in order to complete the mini-game is select the sequences on the 'Code Matrix' menu that correspond to 'Sequence Required To Upload'. When you manage to get the right combination it will light up in blue on the right-hand side - BD BD FF 55 1C E9. The easiest way in which to do it is to match the bottom numbers first by pushing the top ones over so that two of the sequences match on both the bottom and top. In this case to get the perfect hack you need to push the sequence 55 over so they match and combine the neutralize and copy Malware sequences into one.
