The following procedure involves editing game files so it is advised that you create a backup. Use a text editor to edit the 'defaultweapon.ini' and 'defaultupgrades.ini' files in the '/bulletstorm/stormgame/config' directory. Change the values of the following lines to 1:

Ammocost[1]=
Unlockweaponcost=
Unlockchargedammocost=
