The following procedure involves editing a game file so it is advised that you create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the 'DefaultLevelChart.ini' file in the 'Program FilesSEGAAlpha ProtocolAPGameConfig' directory.

Find the following line:

LevelChart(MinXPNeeded=0, APGained=30, SkillCap=4, SpecialSkillCap=4)

And edit it so it is as follows:

LevelChart(MinXPNeeded=0, APGained=500, SkillCap=10, SpecialSkillCap=15)

You will now receive 500 AP points and will be able to max out to Skill Cap below Special Skill level.
