Defusing the Bomb

You must take your time when you are defusing the bomb as it gets a bit tricky. When she tells you to pull out the triggers the water will no longer become a factor, All you have to do now is follow the wires coming out of the box that show you the temperature and cut the red wires. If you touch the white wire you will lose. When you have cut ALL the red wires you will get the 'operation successful' message.

CPR

When giving CPR put antibiotic gel on the blue bar before you begin pumping and it will significantly decrease the time the patient spends flatlining.

PATIENT'S LIFE

A hint to keeping you're patient alive while you think of what to do is to USE THE GREEN STUFF OVER AND OVER FOR AS LONG AND FAST AS U CAN TO KEEP HIS VITAL SIGNS UP. That should give you a lot of time to think of what to do (OR U COULD PAUSE BUT THEN ITS HARDER TO THINK OF WHAT TOOLS U CAN USE)

Keep them alive

If the persons vitals begin to become low inject them with the green syrup to bring their vitals back up

Okay, so the trick to this level, is to keep the vitals high throughout. So after you open him up and soothe the sores, before you begin to excise the tumors, you boost his vitals all the way back to 80 using the syringe and the green vial. Then you can remove one or two tumors, but after you do that you need to boost the vitals again, to stay in the blue zone (above 50). Once you've done that, you can remove one or both of the remaining tumors, and after that the vitals should stabalize.

It's Triti. Hardest one. There are two methods.
ALWAYS BACK IT INTO A CORNER. Triti can't spread past the edge of an organ.

1) Pull out pegs so no two pegs are next to each other, then remove single triangles. Make sure no pegs respawn next to others - once you remove a triangle it has an opportunity to regenerate.

2) Healing Touch immediately, pull out all the pegs and then all the triangles. Easiest method, but with time restraints. Better be quick either way.

Drain the water from the right tank, then just tap once in the left tank. You will see your full tube just sitting there, then run your stylus from the top of the tube to the bottom. The water will drain for you then! Good luck!

You only really have to finish three, unless you want a decent score.
Clean up the pre-Kyriaki wounds as quickly as you can and don't bother suturing until either vitals are below 30 or all Kyriaki are dead.
Move onto next patient, wash rinse repeat.
