Did you beat beuregard yet cuzif you didn't then you can't get the pack(btw the hero pack during your progress sucks! Wait untilll you get a level 20 pack wich will give you wildheart/wildedge and bladeedge because they can add serious punch

I have defeated both beuraguard 4 times and bier 3 times and I have completed the criminal event but there is still no pack in the store
