Question for Yu-Gi-Oh! GX: Spirit Caller

When I beat the paradox bros.I saw chazz at the lake then I dueled him ok here's the part that i'm stuck on.Where do I find dimitre the guide says around the red dorm randomly but I can't find him???Also with the oblisk blue student that does the spirit thing he's suppose to meet me after school but he doesnt meet me????/What do I do!PLEASE HELP ME!!!

After beating chazz meet Alexis at the lighthouse in the night.She will tell you about chazz leaving.Then,you will enter Dimitri or Torrey(the obelisk guy) quest.
