How can I change the launguage from Chinese to English Yu gi oh gx spirit caller nds?

I'm assuming you are using the TwilLight Menu ++
Go to the spirit caller DON'T launch it, press select, in the new screen press down until you select a tiny Nintendo DS icon, press A, in the new screen press L shoulder button, until you see something like this around the top:

The first 3 settings for changing the language of system, game language, game title: use the right and left arrows to change them to english, use the down arrow to go down the listed settings. Once done press B the program will restart and the game should change to english.
If you only change the first option, then start from the first step the menu should be in English or last selected language this time
