Hello I have just done the mission 5-2 (Back to the drawing board) and I am stuck on the next mission who do I have to talk to to get the next mission's goal's??

For goal 3 you go back to the bayou and talk to Clem.
The actual logical followup to goal 2 is goal 4, which is triggered by going to the back corner of the carnival and talking to Heidi Shadows the Cheat Ninja (she's there all day for this mission).
Im on mission 5 goal 2 I found the secret part but it says busted what do I do
