OMG I'm stuck on mission 4 and I need help with the carnivale! Goals and I was wondering where I get thedancing nutria I talked to the guy in college that is always sleeping but I don't know where to getthe dancing nutria

Get into your boat which is near the king tower and go down to the left and look round they should be on a tiny island, hope that helped :]
