Is there any possible way that I can leave the tower building without going to jail?

Nope. The next mission starts with you in jail and then you're restricted to Urbania while you're on parole.

No, in order to get ahouse and another job you must go to jail. But, while you are there the Det. Will be there and you have to talk to him(rel.30) and he will let you play basketball as a job upstairs.

No you cannot you have to go to jail. Then your next mission your on Parole inthe Urbania. Hope this helps you.

No you can't. You go to jail but if you answer Det.Dan.D.Mann's questions right then you will be free to rome around Urbania.
