Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

In mission three, where the note says "this note is just another FEATHER IN HIS HAT" I don't know what to do.

I've talked to berkely clodd but what now? Can somebody plzzzzzz tell me what to do i'm stuck and would really appreciate it!

You have to give him the note itself, not just talk to him.
