Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

Alright, I beat the game and mission s, but I don't know how to get to the moon base zeta. Does it even exist?!
Also, when exactly do you have to hit the bubbles when making a pet? I keep ending up with these little triceratrops (sp?) things and I can't get anything else...
Help please?

To get to Moonbase Zeta you either have to link to someone else who has the game, or buy the meteorite statue (green rock on white pedestal) and have it in your pocket when you go to use the phone booth in the Sim Quarter.
I'm not very good at gene splicing, but I think you have to touch the bubbles when they are crossing the horizontal bar.
