Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

When can you use the catalog? I know it's when you complete the game, but does that include Rep Missions too?

Yes I think you have to finish Rep Missions too. I have finished everything except that.

Sorry you can never use the catalog the catalog is only there to make you see the items that are for sale
