Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

I'm on mission stage 4 and I'm doing the carnivale one and im stuck finding the dancing nutria and misty waters a date can anyone tell me were too find them and also I want to get my popularity up quickly I'm on 6% and I want 30%. HELP.

I only can help you with getting Misty Waters a date. What you do is you find Luther Bigbucks and he will agree to be her date.

Use the boat to travel around. I don't know the exact directions but eventually you'll find these little moles you can put in your pockets.
