Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

I know this is kind of stupid but HOW TO YOU BEAT DUSTY HOGG I have finished all of the goals but I can't beat him on the track.

Is there something else I have to do??

I think you almost can put to your motorcycle a super nitrous from the accesories that a man in the Chopper Garage sell. Then put if you want a heavy chasis, and the engine annihilator, large nitrous tank, racing tires. With this accesorien I win that races.
