Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

Each time I talk to the three people to help on Splicer Island its just like talking to them normaly how do I ask them to help?

You can also talk to the monkeys.

I established a 50 relationship with 1 monkey and it accomplished the goal, so now the monkeys are rebuilding Splicer Island.

You have to have at least 50 relationships with the people.

Then when you get it it will say "What's Up!" you click on that and you ask them if they want to take the job.
