How do you finish the mission: Follow the Directions on the bulletin board.. Which says search the shrubbery near the museum. I can't figure it out

Its says "search the shrubbery near the museum" so go outside to the front of the museum and slide along the bushes furthest to the right and you will find a note that says something like "the answers you seek lie beyond the grave". Then go to the graveyard, all the way down to the last grave and search behind the tombstone. You'll find another note that says something with the phrase "a feather in his hat". Give this note to Berkeley Codd and you should be able to get it from there.
