Talk To Gordie (The Boy In The University) Then get the fan boat go as far down to the bottom of the map as you can, there will be nutria island press A on the first nutria to put it in your pocket!

That Should do it! Oh and if you still need the map of paradise island it is in the very top[ room of the river boat!
