In mission 3 what do you do after you get the paper behind the grave? I can't find any more trash why?

1st u gotta get 5 body charisma by excersizin in d police station den do d grave yard ting nd pass all dat den go further down d graveyard nd 2 d nxt area dere are more graves nd behind 1 is a slip o paper give it 2 d berkley clodd
