They wont talk
I read that if the rival leader of your group has a negative relationship with you you gain a rep point but they wont talk to me and are only at 74. Help

Even if you are in the positive rep with a person, they can still stop talking to you. You can lose anywhere from 8-17 rep points in a conversation before they ignore you (i think?!? It depends). It also takes 24 game hours for that person to be available to talk to you. If your relationship is high with that person, and you are trying to get into the negatives, it WILL take a long time.
