How do I get to Paradise Island

I am having a problem getting to paradise Island. This is on Goals 4. I am not able to locate the person to take me to Paradise Island. What is the dancing Nutria? Where can I find it? How do I create a Chess piece for Dr. Maximillian Moore? I have been playing this game for a whole month and I am not getting any results.

To get to paradis island, you have to give the map on the top of Old Salty's Ship to the Guy that is always sleeping in the University. Than gain popularity 30. Talk to the cop guy, he'll give you the keys to a boat. Head to glass town, right at the entrance from Sim Quarter To Glasstown You'll see some stairs, head down there and get on the boat. Ride south untill you rean an island, then go around it to the right and you'll see a bunch of brown like creatures, get off the boat and pick one up (this is the Dancing Nutria) Then head north and keepgoin up until you're in a new area and go north all the way to the island (there are two, don't go to the first one, head to the one farther north than that) and you'll be at paradise Island. To create a chess piece for dr.Maximillian Moore, you need to find some white wood and carve it with the pro bench thing. You can but this in one of the little markets in sim quarter. You should probably be at creativity 10. And you can make it. Hope I helped
