How do you get the medical job in the sims 3 because there is a life time wish in doctors and then holly alto is in medical how do you get it

To get a medical job you have to start off in the science lab job first. Once you have got to levle 10 you will be promoted to the doctor jobs. It takes a while, but the the waight is wirth it as the pay is huge. Hope this helps!!
