When you are aware that the animal has the flu, tell the owner that it will take 5 days. When they leave, go to the catalogue and go into the vet option and buy 'pet medicine'. You will need to buy multiple, at least 5 (for the five days). Every day, once a day, you must take the pet out and place it on the diagnosis table. You will then be able to choose the option at the bottom left and select to use the pet medicine. Again, just do this once a day for the five days and the pet will be good as new by the end. ^_^
