You need to go to ms weeder (gardener) and do the banana tree for her and then give her some banana's and then a chilli tree will magically appear next to her on the left. U will need to water that every sim day and then collect the chilli ffrom the plant then take it to him ! (: x

Go to the crafting table u need sticks and cocunts I beliveGuest answered:
The chilli plant will grow next to where ms weeder stands, it will grow of it's own accord.
