Go to mrs.weeder and trade with her for limes. Plant them yourself, water and a tree will grow. Shake the tree and down comes limes

You have to give a mango (found on the third island) to the gardener when she asks for it. Then you will be able to trade seeds with her. You have to trade an intricate pink shell of transcending beauty (found when diving) to get the lime seeds off her, after you get the seeds, you can plant them in a mound of soil. Wait 2 in-game days for the lime to produce. I hope this helped
