The map pieces are al over the land.You have to finnd them and some appear after you accomplish something

the bottom left corner is found by picking it up in front of skull and crossbones door (very well hidden)

Go to the place where you craft things and go to the arrow facing up and you arrive in a garden like place you will see a yellow scrap there

You have to go to the door after you build the bridge. It is on the floor and they made it to were it kind of blends in with the dirt

You have to become friends with the people of the island, for that, you have to accomplish their requests; once you have finished with the missions of each character, they will give you the pieces. Finally, you will find the last piece of the map on the left side of the door with the skull and the cross-bones, right after you build the bridge. Follow the map and you will reach a new and last place of access in order to end the game

I found the map piece for the lower part. Just never can find the upper right corner of the map.
