The screen is two to the right of Mr. Weeders camp. Just enter the cave, and walk forward. You'll see mushrooms growing in the little divets of the cave wall and the pirate leaning against the flag. If your volume is one, you'll hear the parrot squaking when you walk in. You can talk to the pirate to increase your social stat, and even steal his pirate hat for your own.
