You have to trade something with the chef for the recipe..
Then when you have the recipe you have to get the ingredients and make it on the fire.
Then give it to the Dr.

You have to trade the farmer for the white bag containing the brazil nut you have to giver her 1 broken glass and 1 red cameo shell then plant the seed grow it untill it's done then trade that with the chef for the recipe x long but still
